The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast was really good and surprised that it was a full breakfast. Location was close to our family and very clean.
This was not the staffs fault. Unfortunately, some of the other guests were not very respectful of the quiet environment. Room doors were constantly being slammed, which made it difficult to relax and get a good night’s sleep.

The staff were friendly and the location to Spooky Nook was very close. The laundry room on the first floor was big plus after 4 basketball games, I was able to wash his jersey for the games next day.

The hotel is tidy and peaceful.
The staff didn't bother to check the customer's hotel payment, which was booked through Booking.com. The reception claimed the card was declined, despite having proof of payment, and refused to accept it. It's not entirely the hotel's fault, but they should at least try to resolve the issue between Booking.com and the hotel.
