It's clean but really old and dated. Everything you need was there. Staff was good and responsive. The waterpark is like a bigger swimming pool with big and long slides. No lifeguard. It's an old resort that has been converted into an Airbnb. Really dated and old. The lift was ok but a little scary because it's old. The games room was also deserted. And not free, you need to pay money. We didn't bother as it's dusty and old.
I saw a few lizards so if you're ok with such things it's fine. We actually left the apartment after a night because I have a phobia of lizards. The apartment was clean. Toilet bowl has some mould because it's pretty old. TV was old, only local channels. No streaming. This place is an old resort so it's pretty deserted.

Location is great, restaurants recommendations is the best and free water park entrance is nice
The digital lock is having a problem to enter. Maybe it is time to do some maintenance

The beds and airconde was good as well as the water park.
There's no refrigerator/fridge in the room.
