Staff were friendly and helpful. Such cute decor and feel to the place. About a 20 minute metro from all the main attractions but didn’t find this an issue personally. Comfy beds and clean environment. Nice big kitchen with a terrace too! I was allowed to leave my rucksack all day as I had a train in the evening which was really helpful and makes all the difference to your stay.

Hostel was clean, nice kitchen, however quite small
They organised taco night, it was really bad, people were not including everyone, we left for just 25 minutes and our places where we were sitting were taken and food was gone. Tried to make a conversation, but people were not friendly, very weird atmosphere, but i think it is because it is a female only hostel, first time trying it. I was with my cousin and she felt the same, unfriendly people, weird atmosphere, not really inclusive and the events are a fail, there were mostly latinas and brazilians and they were speaking only to each other, i asked if i could help with the ingredients for the tacos but they didn't allow us to help and they finished the food. Furthermore, i was charged twice for the tax, instead of 33£ the manager charged me incorrectly 66£, i had to speak with two different receptionist and i had to contact the customer service just to have it back. I did mention this upon check in but this manager did not listen while i was telling her that on booking the amount was different. Honestly it was stressful to deal with this. The only person that helped was the italian girl, the french girl was super nice too
