Central location near the station, walking distance to all the main sights. Clean, functional room. Shared kitchen.
Probably beyond the control of the host but the entrance area/stairwell dirty and a strange smell, doesn’t give the best first impression.

Close to town centre and station
Clean ,good amenities excellent for overnight stay before departure flight
Lift not working (not their fault I suppose)
Bit of a whiffy smell in street entrance hall (??drains possibly)

Room size, amenities, ok shower, convenient location, but to be careful as in most places around main train stations.
Incredibly noisy, could barely sleep a few hours due to street noise and the horible sound of metal chairs on the floor and smashed furniture from other guests. Main door needs to be slammed to close properly. Rooms are separated inside a large apartment, ensuite bathroom, shared kitchen. My room, although the most expensive choice, was behind the kitchen, and it was worse than the further away ones.. Also cold, no heating or duvet. Toilet could be properly washed, you can see accumulated dirt in the mirror..
