Situated in Indian Rocks Beach, this charming house for $999 per night is a great choice for your next trip. Your very own private, newly constructed beach house on the sand, directly facing the Gulf Of Mexico. Beautifully decorated 3 story, 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath beach home features a heated pool with two floors of balconies that face the beach and boast a grande view of the famous sunsets of Indian Rocks Beach. There's plenty of seating on each balcony as well as sun loungers around the pool. For your convenience, kitchen is fully equipped, there are some sand/surf toys, beach umbrella and gas grill. Fabulous location allows guests to walk to multiple restaurants, bars and local shops. The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World. When you walk through the door you will feel like you've stepped into a Coastal living magazine. The main living space has three large sliding doors that show off the beautiful Gulf of Mexico waters, in this room you will find the cozy living room with sleeper sofa, 6 top dining table, 4 top breakfast bar and fully equipped kitchen which is adorned with coastal chandeliers. It truly is a wonderful space to be in while prepping meals, eating and winding down at the end of your beach day. Guests can even catch a sunset, have morning coffee or an evening glass of wine on the nice sitting area on the beach front covered balcony. This floor also has a half bath and one of the four bedrooms with full bath. The charming room has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan, door leading to a covered balcony and a full bathroom with tiled stand up shower. There's also a second living space outside of the bedroom. The remaining 3 bedrooms are situated on the 3rd floor of the home with the Master Bedroom being directly Gulf front with access to another covered balcony and has a seating area to watch the waves roll in. The Master has a king sized bed, TV, ceiling fan and it's own Master bathroom. The bathroom has a tiled stand up shower and vanity top sink. Third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, ceiling fan and its own private bathroom with tiled stand up shower and vanity area. Fourth bedroom has two full sized beds, TV, ceiling fan, door leading to a covered balcony as well as a full bathroom with tiled shower/tub combo and vanity area. The laundry room is also located on this floor. This coastal home has a spiral staircase leading from the second floor down to the ground level for easy access to the heated pool and beach. Ground level also has a cozy covered sitting area, gas grill and large paved patio around the pool with plenty of beach loungers. Beyond the fenced pool area you will find a sand pathway along the sand dunes leading you directly to the world famous Indian Rocks Beach and its gorgeous Gulf of Mexico waters. Dolphins are frequently seen frolikling in the Gulf and sand turtles nest here during nesting season. House Rules: 1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. 2. No parties or events. 3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals. 4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance. 5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight. Parking: This unit provides 3 parking spaces. Indian Rocks Beach is located between Clearwater Beach and St. Petersburg Beach, it's a local and quiet charming beach town. This home is located within walking distance of several local restaurants, bars, sweet shops and retail. The city also has a CVS you can walk to, a post office, Crossfit, and watersport rentals. Just up Walsingham bridge is a Nature Park with walking paths, waterviews, playground and bird sanctuary. There's also a local fruit store nearby with fresh squeezed juices and ice cream, you can also have fruit shipped back home. The surrounding area also has many sights to see, some of these include: John's Pass Village and Boardwalk, Busch Gardens, Tampa Lowry Zoo, aquariums, multiple pro athletic arenas, children's museums, outlet malls, Dinosaur World, Legoland, Universal Studios, Crayola World and Disney World.

Thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this property on Indian Rocks Beach. Very modern home with great living and entertainment amenities. We were a family of 7 total, three young adult children, plus one older teen and one add’l guest. Place is great for all ages. Great bedroom and bathroom set up. Great beach access. Wonderful patio and pool area, including a great relaxing shaded area. Back of house faces beach and west so sunsets are amazing and you are front row. Would highly recommend.

This is a wonderful property, comfortable, relaxing, and private. Great location, too, with restaurants and shopping within a 5 minute walk. A well-equipped kitchen enabled us to cook many of our meals. With plenty of space to spread out, it’s perfect for families. We highly recommend this beach house!

We had an amazing stay in the house. The house is beautiful and well appointed. There is plenty of room for a large family to be together and enjoy the beautiful beach, pool, tiki hut, paddle boards and kayaks offered by the property. We will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great stay.

We live in Houston and celebrated my husband’s 60th birthday at the house with some Clearwater friends coming over and it was just perfect. A beautiful, clean, cheerful house with gorgeous sunsets overlooking the beach. Easy walks to local restaurants and shops. We loved everything about this house and it’s ideal location. The pool was a perfect temperature. But, the early morning walks along the beach and just sitting on the balcony watching the ocean in the evenings with a glass of wine were the most relaxing. We will definitely come back!

A Few Missing Ingredients
Let me begin by saying the view from this property was stunning. The access from the house to the beach is this residence's single greatest quality. However, several things need attention.
1 The master bedroom remains hot. We ran the ceiling fan and additional fans to just maintain a comfortable temperature.
2 The towels were faded and old.
3 Other properties of this size and caliber provided items such as bath soap, shampoo, detergent, etc. This property did not.
4. The cleaning crew did not do a good job. The toilets were dirty. We had purchased cleaning items to clean them.
5 Some of the ceiling fans were full of dust.
6 The game room/garage stays hot.
7. The dryer needs repairing. It took all day to dry two loads of clothes.

House was perfect! Right on the beach with an awesome yard and pool for hanging out. Everyone had a great time and there was plenty of room to either all be together or be separate. Kitchen was very well equipped and the entire house was clean. I’m a great location, walking distance to restaurants and ice cream shop. Loved every minute!

The photos of this home do not do it justice! The view of the beach during the day as well as the evening sunsets are some of the best we’ve seen! It was a wonderful spring break stay for my children and grandchildren. The home was impeccably clean and the kitchen was well stocked. The bedrooms were spacious and it was nice having a TV in each room! The home is tucked away from the main road but within walking distance to everything you need! The grocery store is just down the road (about a 5 min drive). It was a short drive to Clearwater Beach and Sand Key! I would highly recommend this house to anyone!

Great for kids. Beach toys and amenities galore: kayak, paddle board, two tents (7 and 10 feet canopy for shade), sand castle equipment, sports balls (volleyball, soccer, football), pool toys (noodles, rafts, etc.).The owner/manager even got us a high chair for our little one as well as a pack in play which makes all the difference for our travels. There was even more to the house we never got to. There was a speaker system throughout the house that it appears you can patch into.The town of IRB is quaint and quirky like a typical beach town. Not as curated as places like Sandestin or Rosemary or Seaside, so a bit more "real" or authentic. Regardless, once in this beach home its just you and the beach, no traffic noise or rowdy outdoor crowds.We had wonderful time in this home! Thank you.

Great location, clean property, right on the beach, we have a 14 year and 4 year old twin boys, they all had a great time. Property is very clean and close to many interesting places for the family. Property manager is super cool and easy to get hold of.
