Situated in Marco Island, this charming condo for $205 per night is a great option for your next trip. Have a fabulous vacation or flex-cation in this clean and beautifully decorated condo on Marco Island! Enjoy time by the pool or on the tennis courts, walk across the street to the beach for the day, and then take in the gorgeous sunset views over the Gulf of Mexico from your private balcony. Keep up on work and school with our separate work station and printer. Wi-fi is included and can be upgraded if necessary. The beach offers many activities to enjoy with your family or friends including jet skiing and para-sailing. There’s public access to the beach north of the unit between Hilton and Marriott’s Crystal Shores and south of the unit at Marco Island South Public Beach. It’s also a short stroll to local restaurants, theater, ice cream shops, a putt-putt course, and shopping. This condo features: • Community pool and tennis courts • Open floor plan with 2 bedrooms • Master bedroom: 1 king bed, flat screen TV • Guest room: 2 single beds, flat screen TV • Flat screen TV in living room • In-unit washer and dryer • Full kitchen including dishes, silverware, coffee maker, microwave, toaster oven and blender. • Free Wi-Fi and a scanner/printer for any work needs • Everything you need for a fun time at the beach! Tina is an amzing host. I fell in love with her place. It was cozy, charming, relaxing and most of it i was able to reconnect with myself and my spouse.

We had an excellent time in Marco Island and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The condo was so clean, comfortable, quiet and so accommodating. I definitely recommend it to anyone looking to stay on the island. It was an easy walk to the beach (about 1/2 mile) and we were grateful for the beach towels, chairs and wagon. The pool was perfect for our evening hangout. The kitchen was fully stocked. We didn’t run into any problems or felt we were lacking anything. We even had access to streaming channels for the one night we stayed in. Bedrooms were large and the beds were comfortable. We were extremely happy with our stay and hope to come back again next year!

We have been to Marco multiple times and this spot has been the best so far. The walk to the beach is so quick and easy, the shed has everything you need for the beach. The place was the perfect size for us, super clean and great location. I highly suggest this condo to anyone looking for a relaxing spot. House e manager/owner was super accessible.

This is a perfect condo for a couple, family or a few friends. Close to the beach and shops/restaurants. Clean and quiet. Really a lovely property. The owner was very informative and quick to respond to any questions. We loved it!

The owners were on top of communicating. I was able to text her and get a response right away. Marco Island South beach literally is across the street. Easy access. Owners had everything on site for the beach. We will DIFFERENTLY be staying there again. I promise you cant go wrong with this site. If you never been to Marco Island. This is a great condo to start with.

We really enjoyed our time on Marco, and this place added to the enjoyment. There are views to the east, north and west, so we got to see great morning sunrises! The sunsets would have been behind one of the towers (late August), so we walked the 4-5 minutes to the beach to view them instead. During other times of the year, you can probably see the sunsets from the balcony. We were fortunate to see great sunsets three nights in a row - pretty rare for this time of year.
There is one parking spot with a shelter that also has the storage for the beach items. We made great use of the wagon, beach chairs, and beach umbrella - what a great addition to the property!
The pool was good for swimming quick laps (4-6 feet deep) and the tennis court has both tennis and pickle ball markings. We played pickle ball in the morning before the temperature got too high.
Several times we walked north to the shopping mall and restaurants that are on Winterberry. There is also public beach access at that intersection, but it is a farther walk than it is to South Beach.

From the moment I paid my deposit for our vacation back in March, I was looking forward to this trip. This trip was much needed and will give me time with my sons to reset before our busy schedules take over again. Our trip was just pure paradise. The property and Christina were amazing. The condo was true to its advertisement. It was clean and beautifully decorated. If you want your little slice of heaven, book this condo. You won't regret it.

This was the first time I’ve decided to go to Marco Island and when finding this place, I wasn’t 100% sure but it was everything I wanted and more and I will 100% booked this place every single time I come back.

Literally everything you need!!! They left a few leftovers from other guests in a classy way so if you run out of stuff you have it! And we just passed it on :). Very clean. Wagon and beach toys to play with! Didn’t use the beautiful lanai much because it was June and very hot! Air worked amazing. Great views of the ocean. It is a little bit of a walk to the beach due to all the private beaches but still not more than 5 minutes. Would totally stay here again if we make it back!!!

Really close to a marvelous sand beach and great restaurants. The apartment is clean, bright and comfortable and has washer, dryer, nice kitchen and seating and dining areas and easy parking. It also has a nice view of the ocean. Owner is very responsive. Altogether a sweet stay!

Very well kept building, pool, and grounds - and a spotless condo! We are pretty fussy and wondered if all of the 5 star reviews could possibly be true. Definitely! This is the cleanest condo we have ever stayed in - and very comfortable and welcoming. Very comfortable bed!

We loved the corner unit - very bright and open feeling. And, since the condo is on the 4th floor, the beach view is fabulous! We loved seeing the sailboats and motorboats go by. Also very easy and close beach access. A very short walk to the south beach entrance.

Beautiful condo. Awesome location within walking distance to public beach access. Also several restaurants close enough to walk to. The condo has all the extras for a day at the beach: beach towels for all, numerous beach chairs, 2 umbrellas, boogie boards, football, two coolers and beach wagon to help cart all these extras to the beach. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a lot of basic needs like spices, sugar, coffee. Not sure if these are always available or left over from past tenants but a plus none the less. Enjoyed every minute and will do our best to visit again.

The condo was perfect for our family of four. Everything that we needed was supplied with the condo just as advertised. The walk to the beach was short and we used the beach chairs and umbrella that came with the condo. The kids had fun in the heated pool each day. We enjoyed sitting out on he screened in porch each evening. The corner location provides great views in three directions including the Gulf between the buildings across the street. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is amazing! So clean and beautiful decor. This condo has everything you could possibly need to enjoy the day at the beach which was a short walk ! Rental property is a corner unit with lots of windows, ocean view, lanai, in a great location within easy walking distance to beach, restaurants & shopping. The condo was clean and had everything you would need for a stay including beach towels, chairs, toys, wagon & cooler, nicely located in a storage on the path to the beach. Public beach access across the street & 5 minute beautiful walk. Beds & furniture were comfortable, we would absolutly return to this unit. Thanks for sharing with us!

We chose this property because of its water views and short distance to the beach access. We loved every moment of our stay, the unit had been upgraded since the photos and there was newer furniture that only made our decision to book this particular property a better one. Our hosts gave us all the info we needed to check days in advance and was quick to respond to any questions we had. Everything really was a delight and the bottle of wine was also a very thoughtful gift that made the last night of our stay more bearable since we had to return home and leave all the beauty of Marco behind….for now anyway. We will be back.

My sister & I went to Marco island for our yearly trip. The condo had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a beach week. Tina has all the amenities right there for use. It is spotless & charming. And being right across the street from the ocean is a huge plus. And the condo had a pool. The sunsets were spectacular. Definitely recommend.

This condo is clean, well furnished, comfortable, and in a really convenient location. We did not cook much but could have because every pan and tool is available. The screened porch is really nice and the views are great. I would not hesitate to rent this unit!

Property was well decorated and maintained. Everything was clean. Beds were comfortable. Everything you need for the beach was available. Great communication with the property owner. She even checked in upon arrival to make sure everything was ok.
