Location was great walking distance from everything we needed, Flat was clean and tidy easy to access
Wasn’t anything major - just the shower head wouldn’t stay upright when trying to shower so what need to hold it sometimes think it was just lose

Location was excellent: all the main attractions within a walking distance. Restaurants, shops, kids' playgrounds and beach very close.
Only staff member we saw was the cleaner and she was lovely.
Possibility to wash your laundry - no need to take much of clothes with you and the kiddos.
We had informed our estimated arrival time on Booking.com. However, when we got to the apartment the cleaning was still going on and we needed to wait 20 minutes to get in.
There is no warm water coming from the kitchen tap: you need to wash the dishes with cold water.
The elevator in the building is tiny and you need to walk the stairs (14 steps) from the street level to get in it. Even the pushchair does not fit into the elevator unfolded!
Bathroom drain was poorly sucking and there was mold on the wall in the shower corner.
Bad sound proofing: you can hear everything from the streets and the stairwell.

Excellent location, in Mush Room street and 10 minutes from the beach. Apartment provides great space for our family.
Shower was dated and hard to use. Quite a bit of noise from other apartments early on the Sunday morning.

Great location and quite spacious.
The heating was broken so we had to shower cold. Instead of it being repaired we received instructions to do daily maintenance on the boiler to restart the heating.
Bed is not very comfortable.
