The location, it's perfect
Being close to the sea front and bar and restaurant area, it can be noisy and depends which room you have, so street noise was a problem.
We were not impressed with the smoke detector in the room, that had a flashing light to tell you that it was working, but the flashing light was so bright, that it disturbed our sleep.

Hotel is situated in the 2nd row to the beach, rounded with a number of reestaurants (mostly Arabic and Indian).
This appartment was advertized for 4 people, but it can host up to 5 (2x double bed, 1x single bed). You have a lovely terrace with the view of the castle, however the enjoymenet may be limited due to a direct sun of heat. It takes you 15mins of walk to the central Postiguet Beach.
This was an attic appartment, upgraded to accomodate more guests, with walk-through rooms only. The lift takes you to the 5th floor, then a steep staircase to the appartment. Quite tricky if you have a heavy lagguage. The door frames and ceilings are very low, not a standard (like 2.3m or above). During the summer heat peaks it must be extremely hot, so AC would be your best buddy during those days. As this is a top floor appartment, nearby restaurants' exhausts & fumes are quite disturbing if you have open windors. Noice from the busy streets is unfortunately a part of the vibe.

Excellent location, pretty quiet for central location, friendly and welcoming receptionist , bargain price too
Terrible smell from bathroom, aroma of boiled cabbage all night, would hazard a guess it was the drains
