La ubicación es perfecta y muy conveniente. La entrada al apartamento es muy fácil y cómoda, con instrucciones claras, fotos y códigos, lo que permite hacer el check-in de forma totalmente autónoma y sin tener que esperar a nadie. Además, cuando tuvimos un problema, el personal se comunicó conmigo por WhatsApp y fue muy amable, atento y dispuesto a ayudar.
La primera noche tuvimos un problema con la presencia de dos cucarachas en el apartamento. El personal fue muy amable y al día siguiente acudió a limpiar y revisar todo con mucha disposición para solucionarlo, lo cual agradecemos.
Por otro lado, la cadena del WC es bastante difícil de accionar y a veces parece quedarse atascada. También había un olor bastante desagradable en el apartamento, similar a humedad y agua estancada. El ambiente se sentía un poco cerrado y era necesario utilizar el aire acondicionado para ventilar y mejorar la calidad del aire.
