It was very easy and clear instructions on getting into the room. The chat was really helpful and they were very responsive.
Its nothing fully to dislike. I just was confused with checkout as nothing was clear. I put the key back in the box and sent them a message.

Die Lage ist perfekt, wenn man schnell zum Busbahnhof möchte, aber auch die Altstadt und der Strand sind schnell erreicht. Die Kommunikation mit der Unterkunft lief sehr gut, ich habe rechtzeitig alle Informationen zum Einchecken bekommen und eine bebilderte Beschreibung, wie ich die Unterkunft finde und bis zum Zimmer gelange, das war wirklich hilfreich. Es gibt einen Wasserspender mit kaltem und heißem Wasser und Teebeutel, die immer zugänglich sind.
Es ist wahnsinnig hellhörig und ich hatte das Pech, die zweite Nacht nebenan ein Pärchen zu haben, das nicht nur erst um 2 Uhr morgens wieder auftauchte, sondern ab da dann konstant bis morgens extrem rücksichtslos und laut war. Das größte Problem für mich war aber, dass die Beleuchtung, die den Notaufgang kennzeichnet über der Tür so hell war, dass man bei dem Licht praktisch lesen kann. Ich musste mir also noch eine Schlafmaske besorgen, um überhaupt schlafen zu können.
