This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. Nice pools and hot tubs loved sitting out on the porch in the rocking chairs. Nice saving money using the kitchen stocked with dishes pots and pans

We made our reservation through VRBO, got the confirmation stating Dec. 28th-Jan. 2nd. Then received an email from resortrentalpros, also confirming the same dates. Payment was made for 5 nights. I never received anything else from resortrentalpros although their website said that I should have received an email 5 days prior to our stay and another 24 hours before our stay. I called the number and left a message. On the way up to Christmas Mountain Village, I finally received the reservation confirmation email, but it had our check out date as Jan. 1st. I immediately contacted them, and again had to leave a message. Someone got back to me later that evening stating that they would be taking care of this. Then no contact. Again, I had to reach out to them, leave a message and when they got back to me, it was the same thing, "We're taking care of this." Finally the day before the new check out date, they contacted me and stated that they were unable to get us that night, but would reimburse us. I have yet to be reimbursed. Resort rental pros had terrible communication, and obviously mismanagement. I realize that this is not your issue, but as they were the third party, that we worked with after getting our vacation rental through you, I thought you should be aware.
