Here at Christmas Mountain Village's Two- Bedroom Cottage surrounding in nature's aromatic hilly terrains, and 77 other nearby attractions, shows and amusement parks. Together with it's spectacular 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed (or 2 Twin Beds), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. The resort and cottage was very well maintained and over all nice. A lot of driving as everything is spread out. As far as our host. They suck. They “upgraded” us to a town home without our consent. The town home had a lot of stairs. We had to move after 5 of 7 days. No communication and very rude customer service. I was hung up on 2 times.

Property was nice and clean with all kitchen essentials stocked. Very comfortable. The cleanliness was improved since my last stay.

The area was nice. The room was not cleaned and there was blood on the sheets and Feces on the side of the toilet seat. Had the cleaning crew come out the first time and still did not clean out the feces. Then we had them come out again and then finally they got it. Notified the owner and he is refusing to return the cleaning fee and basically saying that he Would in that kind of filthy by not returning the cleaning fee.

The check-in process at the property is very slow. Luckily our unit was rented direct from an owner.Seems the backup is related to units rented from the timeshare property. Lots of folks waiting in lobby to be assigned units or awaiting cleaning to be done. Still had a wait since owner rented units need to get key and info from the same desk. Also the internet in the unit was horrible. Staff gave us wrong passwords and until we actually found someone that could explain we needed to use the owners last name rather than our own. Even when we got connected the service would kick out consistently. Looks as if the wiring for internet and cable is just a bare wire running along ground outside building. Otherwise it was a nice location and unit, however the pools were not within walking distance.

Everything was super clean and the cabin had everything we needed including a wine bottle opener 😊. We had enough towels and supplies. The check process was super quick and easy! The whole resort was beautiful and clean and it was nice to be close to the Dells but far enough away from the crowds. Definitely coming back next year!

Great experience for families with young children

Overall this was a nice place to stay. The floor needed to be swept when we arrived because we found popcorn kernels everywhere but other than that it was pretty clean. Everything was in working order and was a nice space for the family and kids to share without worrying about outside noise from other guests.

Cottage was spacious and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the kitchen stocked with cooking equipment. Grounds were well maintained . Stuff to do on the grounds polls golf ect.. Only downside was we were told we could check in early and then could not.. location perfect 10 min from downtown dells 30 from state park and boat rentals near by... would stay again...
