This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. We really enjoyed our stay. We made sure to do most of the activities that were available including swimming, hot tub, tennis, kayaking, miniature golf, and playing at the parks and in the sand box. We also ate at the onsite restaurant. It was good food. The only cons to the trip were the early check out, 9 am central time, and the paddle boats were out for service. Overall, it was a great stay!

The location of the rental was perfect for our family trip to the Dells. The location is within 10 Minutes to downtown Dells and the many activities of the area. Walmart is within a short drive for ease of purchasing groceries. Beautiful surroundings with mountain views and wildlife (we were able to see deer and an assortment of birds from the rental). Our son enjoyed the indoor pool with kiddie slide as well as the many “nature” walks we took to get to there from the rental. Bed was very comfortable and the inside of the rental was spacious for our family of three. We did have some housekeeping concerns at time of checkin (urine on toilet seat, food on bedroom night stand and food on floor of kitchen). Otherwise the space was well maintained. We originally booked a cabin through VRBO per the listing but were upgraded to a Townhouse upon arrival, so appreciated the larger rental which made up for the cleanliness concerns. Overall we had a great time and would recommend the location to others seeking a getaway to this area!

The locations is a short 10min drive to most places in the Dells. We enjoyed the golf courses, putt putt and Mulligans! I would recommend this place to anyone looking to enjoy the Dells outside of the touristy areas.

Little Cabin in the Woods

This is our second time staying at this resort and we love it and can't wait to come back. The cabin itself is wonderful, clean, and the beds are comfortable. There are lots of options to relax (our favorite is on the front porch rocker!). The kitchen makes it easy to cook meals and eat in, but the surrounding area has lots of eating choices. The resort itself has wonderful pools and hot tub options. We also take advantage of the mini golf, and arcade room. Check in is seamless, and the staff is wonderful. Looking forward to next year!

Didn’t get to stay in cabin. The owners did not communicate with the rental company we booked through. Very upsetting to find out you don’t have the reservation as you are driving to the place you booked. Seems like could have told us they couldn’t make contact with owner a little sooner.

Unfortunately we will not be returning, It was extremely unsettling to see such unfriendly, unkind Group of people in our area of Cabins. Being Brown was a difinent problem. They seemed to go out of their way to let you know you are not welcome. We Had a Good time anyway, we drove to the Dells waterpark and Loved it.

Property was clean and cozy. The king size bed was extremely comfortable! Some cabins were closer to the road than ours was, and I felt lucky to get the one we did. Just a short walk to the shared pool for the kids, and a short drive to all the attractions of the Dells. Very nice.
