Enjoy the leisures of home and relaxation here at Christmas Mountain Village's Two- Bedroom Cabin surrounded by nature's blessings. This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. We signed up for a rustic cabin and then they 'upgraded us' to something my sister could NOT use, so we had to redo our reservations. The second little house we got was great, just not what we had planned on. The receptionist Lori was amazing to help accommodate our restrictions!!

My husband and I rented a cabin at the Christmas Mountain Villas. The photos displayed are not accurate but what we recieved was much better! The only issue i had was the whole time share. After stating we new the owners, we were harassed about going to a tike share. We chose the worst time to stay since we had a heat wave so the area to check in was so hot! The front desk work, Jeremy, woukd not take no for an answer and we ended up telling him to give us his phone number so we woukd discuss later our plans. He ended up calling us at 845pm to see if we were still interested in doing the time share!

5 days 4 nights, great village nice and Quiet. Buildings are a little older but well maintained which is perfect in the Dells atmosphere. Definitely would book again.

Overall nice place. Need a bigger instruction sheet for how to leave the cabin. Also extra toilet paper.
