Together with it's spectacular 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 1 Queen Bed (or 2 Twin Beds), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. I really enjoyed our stay. The villa was clean, good accommodations, friendly staff, and lots of things to do. We would love to return in the future.

On property restaurant needed some major care. The table we set at was full of nicks and the woodwork along the window needed to be repaired. Food was good. Also we had to drive around just to locate a trash bid since we had to throw our trash away.

As with every Bluegreen property that we have visited, the resort is beautiful and clean, the staff wonderful to work with, and there is plenty to do at the property. Unless you want to do touristy things you do not have to ever leave the resort. It is the perfect location for a relaxing, get away from all vacation. The only thing we would want to note to people booking is the size of the toilet at the property we stayed at. We called it the potting training toilet. It was the smallest toilet we had ever seen! For most, this isn't a big deal. We are a tall family - one son at 15 is 6'5" and our youngest at 11 is 5'9", but we also have a developmentally disabled son who is 6' and needs helps with using the toilet. It wasn't impossible to assist him but was difficult. If you are larger or have someone traveling with you that needs bathroom assistance, you might want to inquire on the size of the toilet in your unit.
