Enjoy the leisures of home and relaxation here at Christmas Mountain Village's Two- Bedroom Cabin surrounded by nature's blessings. This commodius 650 square feet unit features 1 King Bed, 2 Twin Bed(s), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, bathroom, and laundry in a common area. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. I had really high hopes for this rental; unfortunately, our experience ensured we would not return to this location again. The description of the property wasn't accurate; I understand that they put their best property on the listing, but the property we got was dingy, outdated, poorly-cleaned, and the communication with the resort was very poor.
We arrived to check in at 4pm with two young children in tow only to be told our room wasn't ready. One of the main reasons we wanted to stay here was to use the pool on the property that first evening and to use the kitchen to cook our dinner. I couldn't get a straight answer about the time the room would be done and was told I would be contacted when it was ready. Instead of using the facilities, we ended up having to find dinner in town, pushing my younger son's bedtime much later than we wanted, and it wasn't until I finally called them three hours later that the resort confirmed we could check in.
The outside of the cabin was filthy – there were bottles, old clothing, and other trash strewn about the front porch. Inside, the carpet was dingy, the kitchen outdated, and we found old food and somebody's used eyelashes in various rooms.
We had reserved this location thinking one of the rooms had two beds – one was intended for my elderly grandmother. However, we received a second room with a queen size bed, which wasn't optimal.
The front desk staff were also rude – overall, disappointing.

everyone passed the blame We booked in Feb for 7 night paid in full and never stayed in the place we were promised plus one night short..It seems no ones holding the accountability for it. xmas mountain blames you you blame xmas mountain and our experience was horrible.. I will never recommend vrbo or xmas mountain to anyone. Also not done complaining yet because someone broke a lease agreement for a 7 day stay and ripped us off

It took us 45 minutes to check in because they had low staff! Besides the hot tub not working and long wait for checking in, it was a trip of a lifetime! The cabin and location was perfect! Will most definitely be back 😊
