Take pleasure in spending your vacations here at Christmas Mountain Village surrounding in nature's aromatic hilly terrains including 77 other nearby attractions, shows and amusement parks. Along with a spectacular Two- Bedroom Villa measuring approximately 1,200 square feet. This unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Bed (or 2 Twin Beds), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, and laundry is in the unit. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. RV Campsites Check-in: 12 noon to 9 p.m. daily (no registration available after 9 p.m.); check in at the back gate on Lyndon Road. Lyndon Road address Friday and Saturday check-in only. RV Campsites Check-out: 11 a.m. RV Campsites Other notes: Shower/bath house available on site.

We very much enjoyed our stay at Christmas Mountain Village. The only issue we had was that my son injured himself due to a pool maintenance issue. It was not serious and the staff handled it with professionalism.

My family and I had a great stay at this property. There a lot of activities to do if you just want to stay on site and if not there is the Dells about 15min away. I'd say the only problem we had was with how hot it was upstairs when we got there. Downstairs was cool but upstairs in the master bedroom area was very hot. We just cranked the air and closed all the blinds and reached a cooler temp by the middle of the night. Overall stay was great can't help it being overly hot outside.

We took our grandkids on an adventure and they loved our stay at your cabin. It was more than comfortable and provided everything we needed for our stay. The pools were great fun and the restaurant had meals both the kids and my husband and I could enjoy. It was a great week for our family at your property!
