Your check-in procedures will model that of a hotel and your room number will be assigned during check in. STRESS NO MORE! Along with a spectacular Two- Bedroom Villa measuring approximately 1,200 square feet. This unit features 1 King Bed in the master bedroom, 1 Queen Bed (or 2 Twin Beds), 1 Sofa Bed in the living room including a full kitchen, 2 separate bathrooms, and laundry is in the unit. Maximum of 6 occupants. Additional amenities include: Balcony/Porch, Blender, Cable TV, Coffee Maker, Dishwasher, Hairdryer, Ice Maker, Internet Access, Iron/Ironing Board, Microwave, Oven, Refrigerator and a Stove/Range. Resort Amenities: Basketball, Billiards, Canoes/Kayaks, Children's Pool, Clubhouse, Concierge, Fishing, Fitness Room, Game Room, Golf, Grocery/Convenience Store, Indoor Pool, Internet Access, Laundry Facilities, Mini-Golf, On-Site Security, Outdoor Heated Pool, Paddle Boats, Playground, Restaurant(s), Snow Skiing, Tennis, Volleyball, and a Wheelchair Accessible. Area Attractions: Boat Tours of The Dells Indoor/Outdoor Waterparks State Parks (Hiking, Fishing and Boating) NOTE: This resort is located over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. A vast majority of unit's will require stairs; in few cases up to 30 stairs leading to your unit. Please make sure your travel party is active or able to navigate at least one flight of stairs. The person checking in must be 21 years of age (or minimum age of 18). With this notion, please prepare a VALID ID and credit card in your name. A $100 Pre-Authorization from any major credit card upon checking in is required. After purchase you will receive an email confirmation showing your name on the reservation as the guest checking in within 14 days of check in date. Please bring a valid form of Picture ID. However, if you would like to change the name of the person checking in after you have provided this information, there will be a $99.00 name change fee. Any damages will be charge upon check-out. The check- in time is 4 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m. On another note, late check-in procedures are located outside of the registration building. Picking up the receiver will call security. The nearest airport to Christmas Mountain Village is Dane County Regional (MSN) which is 55 miles by car respectively. Hence, if you have any concerns, our office hours are open 6 a.m. to 11 p.m. daily to respond to your requests. For here at Christmas Moutain Village, we ensure that your stay is comfortable and well-served to your satisfaction. ***Parking Policy*** On site, no charge, one vehicle per villa. Auxiliary parking available. ***Pet Policy*** No pets allowed. Subject to $300 fine. ***Day use policy*** Day use is unavailable at this time. ***Smoking Policy*** No smoking inside, including electronic cigarettes. Subject to $300 fine, unless if it's in a designated area. Other notes: The resort is located on over 1,000 acres of hilly terrain. We enjoyed our stay but won’t book again. We rented a 1200 square foot villa through VRBO. We had 6 people in our group so the space, laundry and 2 bathrooms were a huge part of why we booked. We were notified only 48 hours before our trip that our villa wasn’t available and we would be downgraded to a 650 square foot space with no laundry and 1 bathroom. We still had fun but we’re pretty disappointed that this happened.

Great property! I was a little nervous from previous reviews but our stay went off without a hitch. Check in was less than 10 minutes, room was clean and all equipment functioned as expected! Our family comes to the dells twice a year and I wouldn't hesitate to book with this host in the future (or at this property).

Overall the property was good but we had a few issues. The grill in the unit (on the back deck) did not work and none were available for us. At check in, the First Lady we dealt with was not very friendly or helpful. Our confirmation said check in started at noon but when we arrived (about 12:30) we were told 4:00. This was problematic with a 2 month old baby. After “early check in” we dealt with a different person at the desk who provided us an open unit. We lost water pressure one day but it was restored fairly quickly. The second to last day we were there, there was a water line break and water was bubbling up from the landscape in front of our unit and water (with mud and sand) was flowing down the sidewalk outside our unit for the last 36 hours we were there. Also, our confirmation indicated 11:00 check put but when we double check with the front desk, we were told 10:00.

Due to Covid we were moved to a different property. It was very nice, but we were looking for something were we would be a bit more remote. We had a nice time but really utlized very little of the resort amenities trying to mostly keep to ourselves.

Our family of 5 had plenty of room to stretch out in our villa. It would work best for families with older children since the master bedroom was on the second level and other bedroom and sofa bed on main level. It had a screened in porch with grill and two fireplaces. We didn’t use resort amenities, but indoor and outdoor pools seemed better for young children. It was very peaceful with lovely tall pine trees. It was an easy drive to Dells attractions. We would definitely stay here again!
