La ubicación cerca a la Gran Vía, los espacios cómodos y los complementos adecuados para una estancia agradable, y el acceso y el proceso de checkin y checkout muy fácil.
Mucho ruido del apartamento de arriba, pero eso es un tema de los huéspedes más que del apto en sí mismo

Location
1. The building is in bad shape, first bad impression, lobby is dirty and badly kept. The very list they should paint it and replace the ripped, dirty carpet.
2. The electronic entrance code system works, but not perfectly, you have to try several times and wait a bit before the doors open.
3. The safe deposit box listed as an amenity does not work, I was told key was lost and not replaced.
4. The mattress is in bad shape, it needs replacement, my wife and I have back pain.
5. The bathroom sink is so small that when you wash your teeth is almost impossible not to spit on the floor. Learn to wash your teeth while you take a shower.
You can tell that this is someone’s rental business, which is ok with the goal of getting the most out of it. Still I feel that they should invest some money and try to keep it in good condition.
