Staff were very friendly but we were given wrong. Information on a couple of occasions about the places we wanted to visit.
Lack of air conditioning made it very difficult to sleep, staff said they were looking to address this. The fan provided was not very effective. The bar closed very early, before 9pm.

Gorgeous setting up and away from the crowds and noise of the towns. They created a pretty oasis to relax and breathe in the mountain air.
It was very dark inside and difficult to find our way through the lobby and even more difficult to find the lock to open our room door.

Location, food, nice spa, quirky design, easy parking. The 2kgs of blanched tomatoes as a starter!

Nothing really, it was a really bad stay
The stuff was mean and didn’t care about guests. Hotel is like a cave and could be a nice fancy property but it is super uncomfortable to walk in the darkness everywhere. The rooms don’t have ac and if you open the window you hear every party outside. You also can hear everything your neighbors do. The water in the shower is cold and with very weak pressure. I would not want to be here during the winter and try to shower after a day in the mountains. Also pictures do not show but there are cars parked all over so its not a property “in the middle of valley”. There are better properties around the area for same amount of money.
