Really was a lovely place to stay. Staff always helpful and chatty. Room was immaculate and so was the hotel. I really cannot fault. The food was excellent with lots of choice and fresh. They certainly did not cut corners with lovely meat dishes, lots of fresh fruit, fresh breads really nice.
My ONLY small criticism was that we chose this hotel because it showed a swimming pool and hot-tub. However they didn't make it clear that you have to PAY EXTRA for this EVERY time. It was 14 Euros a time per person so we just didn't use it in the end. Had it been really cold outside I know I'd have wanted to use the hot tub every day. They need to make this clear.

Hotel is in El Tarter rather than Soldeu (about 15 minute walk away). For some reason the hotel doesn't boast about the free bus transfer to the ski lift to save you walking down the hill. This makes accessing the slopes pretty painless. There is also a ski hire shop within the hotel. All in all a good hotel.

Went to Andorra for a few days to do some trekking and hiking. I didn't plan/prepare very well and the staff was incredibly helpful in getting me set up, pointing me to places to go and other references I could use to make a decision.
Room was spacious and very clean. It was quiet, in a nice area - close enough to all the hikes I wanted to do.
I really couldn't have asked from a better experience in Andorra during the winter/
