Tuve que pedir toallas de lavabo que no habían puesto. Y han cambiado tema albornoz y zapatillas para el SPA que iban muy bien

Je recommande très agréable

Hôtel sur les hauteurs, belle chambre propre et agréable. Literie confortable. Sur place restaurant et bar pub ce qui est très pratique Très bon petit déjeuner

Peu de place pour se garer en dehors du parking payant.

Muy bien, pero.....

Desayuno excelente y variado. La cama era comoda y la limpieza muy correcta.

Desgraciadamente tuve la mala suerte de que no le debi de caer bien a la única camarera que habia, ya que ni buenos dias, ni buenas noches y tan solo se limitaba a preguntar numero de habitación. Con los demás clientes se desenvolvia de forma amable educada y sonriente. Lo hice saber en recepción. Parking publico escaso y el parking del hotel cuesta 15 euros noche. Escandaloso que te cobren el agua del grifo si tienes media pensión en la cena.

Correcte, el personal molt atent.

Que es cobri l’aigua del buffet lliure i que la zona de parking exterior sigui molt petita i hagis de pagar el parking privat. Penso que almenys s’hauria d’informar prèviament, en el moment de fer la reserva.

Beautiful, hospitable hotel. A great base for exploring. Just be aware of hidden charges of swimming (and parking).

The views, the lovely big room, on site restaurants which were great. The inclusive breakfast was bountiful. The staff were great - very hospitable.

One of the reasons we booked this property was the pool, no where did we see it was 10 euros extra to go to the pool and you had to book. We then found out anyone with a bit of hair on their head has to wear an ugly bathing cap which they provide. When I checked out they charged us an extra 3.50 for borrowing this ugly hat. So, the pool and spa is lovely and worth using - just understand you will be charged more.

was under the impression it was a buffet dinner but it wasn’t, slow service and undercooked food had to send back. Fell short of my expectations, shame.

Fantastic hotel. Location, view, food, bed. All great. The staff are really, really nice and friendly also. Stayed in June, would definitely come back.

Nothing I didn't really like. Room decor if you pushed me, but the bed was so comfortable I didn't really care about that.

Ski Holiday in the Pyrenees

Excelent food, very nice location, nice view, shuttle service to the cable car.

Room was small, noise from the hall and the lift . Many russian tourists. Hotel spa was not well mainteined.

Not bad, but way overrated.

very friendly and helpful staff

room’s won’t fulfill 4 star expectations, superior room’s same as standard in a higher floor. SPA is definitely not worth paying for! Dinner had quite limited choice but not bad and breakfast far away from excellent, closer to good.

A superb choice to stay in Cannilio!

The location is stunning with incredible views of the mountain valleys. Although it's a bit of an uphill walk it's not too far to get into the town. There is also a shuttle service if you need it. Many of great hiking routes nearby covering all levels of difficult. The WiFi was fast (~ 100 Mbps download & upload speeds) and reliable. I had no issues working from there. Staff were lovely - really warm, welcoming and helpful. I used the gym regularly and found it to be great to keep fit whilst away from home with enough equipment to help you do so. As many have also mentioned, the breakfast is amazing! With a great selection of choices, including many vegan and vegetarian options - you will enjoy your stay here. I'd come back in a heartbeat.

I would recommend this place 100 percent. Upgrade to mountain views. Its worth it.

Alex the receptionist was very friendly. The staff in the resturant were exceptional. Polite. Professional and they all wished my partner a happy birthday. Beds were SUPER comfy

really was a lovely stay. the spa was excellent and the breakfast and meals in the bar very good.

SPA tickets included or not? Bad communication about this.

Friendly staff, good food, nice pub, nice spa

I had a reservation that included SPA tickets but i was told many times by the staff (by message/mail and at the reception at arrival) that they were not included and we would be charged 10 euros per spa access. So I went to the SPA only once and my husband went twice. We stayed there for 3 days. At the end of our stay, while we were checking out, we found out that indeed we were right and the spa tickets were included. I would have used it so much more and would have liked my stay a lot more as well if the staff did not tell me the wrong information beforehand. I was actually quite unhappy with that during my stay, but at least, at the end, we were not charged incorrectly. Besides that, amenities were quite poor for the level of our suite with jacuzzi and mountain view. There were only soap bars and hair cap. No shampoo, no shower gel.... On the last day we asked and finally received some stuff, like "sales de baño" but it was too late for us to use the jacuzzi again... Small details that could have made a perfect stay.

It was not the first time that I've stayed at this hotel. And I choose every time is available. I simply like it very much as is very cosy. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable, specially the mattress and pillows. Stunning views to the mountains. We had half board included and as ever, the food was really good: large range of options, great starters and appetizers, cheeses, fish and delicious salads. Special kitchen handling preparation for gluten free. The breakfast sounds like a 5 star hotel!
