Good view from the dining room and buffet breakfast and dinner. Excellent riojas at reasonable prices for an hotel.
The spa is really a couple of large jacuzzis,not a swimming pool. The steam room more of a tepidarium.

Location was good, next to Soldeu ski lift. We were 3 people and our room was divided in 2 bedrooms and a huge bathroom. We stayed in the 3rd floor and has a small view of the mountain. The bed was very comfortable and the pillows were very good too. Staff were very friendly and helpful! Spa had Turkish bath, jacuzzi, sauna and red light therapy which was great after a ski day. The price for spa is 12 euros per person but you keep the robe.
Our room was divided into 2 bedrooms and a huge bathroom and sometimes it was cold, one bedroom had the AC but it was noisy and the other room had a small wall heater but it was not enough to warm the bedroom. The were no plugs next to the bed to charge our phones, which was inconvenient. The food at breakfast and dinner was always the same and very basic. The spa allowed very small children and it was impossible to relax, although they have a politic of silence inside, children kept screaming and jumping inside the jacuzzi, so I guess the hotel should review the age of attendance.

The staff are fantastic. Our problem was a room below the main kitchen, noisy and non stop ventilator at night, It's a nice hotel, well placed and the ski shuttle is a big plus. Its our second trip and bad luck with the room aside, I can recommend for It's warm welcome decent buffet and location.
