The property is an absolute delight—serene, majestic, and beautifully nestled amidst 200 acres of lush tea gardens. With so much to experience and enjoy within the resort itself, one never feels the need to step outside. It is the perfect retreat to relax, recharge, and create memorable moments with family and friends. Specially the Chai ki Tapri is a unique experience.
The check-in and checkout processes were unnecessarily time-consuming, with considerable confusion among the reception staff. During checkout, the team initially declined to honour the food and beverage discount included in our Booking.com package. After considerable discussion and follow-up, the discount was eventually applied.
Such benefits should be clearly recorded in the hotel’s system in advance, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and hassle-free checkout experience for guests.
Last not the least as the property has multiple restaurants and facilities at Checkin all must be briefed to guests so that the guests can make most during the stay.

Locality and vibes was awesome. Mandir was giving positivity.
Can work on the taste of food. improvement is much needed.
Staff needs more training specifically if your guest are with kids. That is not the way you entertain one guest because he already shouted on you and ignore others.
I have very scary and horrible experience at the time of breakfast in their restaurant. Staff was careless and casual.
And I would also like to mention that at the time of checkout we did not get any staff who can take our luggage bags to reception from Room.
I think before twice before recommending anybody’s
