This place was very well maintained and very clean. The place has been renovated with a designer taste and minimalistic, nordic style. Very beautiful and confortable. Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with access to best restaurant and night life. Also easy access to the shore and pier for a wonderful walk by the water and the marina. We had a good time during our stay and we absolutely recommend it.

A clean, modern home in Palma. Easy walking to restaurants, supermarket, and bars. The old city is less than a mile, the beaches of Palma are less than a mile, and Castle Bellver about a mile and a half. Lovely neighborhood.

About this house rental

A traditional Mallorcan house spread over three floors, without an elevator, in the Santa Catalina neighborhood. Recently renovated.
First floor: garage for motorcycles or bicycles ONLY, half-bath, laundry room (washer, dryer, iron), kitchen-dining room-living room, patio.
1st floor: Bedroom 1 with full en suite bathroom and a balcony overlooking the street.
Second floor: Bedroom 4 with full ensuite bathroom and terrace.

This place was very well maintained and very clean. The place has been renovated with a designer taste and minimalistic, nordic style. Very beautiful and confortable. Situated in the heart of Palma de Mallorca with access to best restaurant and night life. Also easy access to the shore and pier for a wonderful walk by the water and the marina. We had a good time during our stay and we absolutely recommend it.
