Clean and comfortable
The kitchen was truly ill equipped . The coffee pot did not work right. No containers to put leftover in. No Saran wrap, tin foil etc. We made due but disappointing.

The comfort of the apartment was superb. It looked exceptionally good and it was very spacious, and the self check-in worked great too. It's worth mentioning how spacious the closets and the furniture was. I completely recommend it for a quality stay with a gorgeous view from the windows. I can't wait to come back during winter.
I didn't have time to use all the equipment that the apartment provided, but I assume everything worked as expected. If you get an apartment on the lower floors, the view of the mountain won't be as good as on the top floor, but still worth it.

Very clean and new
The keys were not there and we had to run around to find somebody to provide us with the keys

Great location and spacious appartment.
When we arrived, the floor was filthy, the beds weren't made and dirty towels were scattered. After a long drive to the hotel with tired kids, we ended up having to arrange access to the laundry room to get clean sheets, make all of the beds and clean the floors. Not exactly a relaxing arrival.
