Great location close to me and activities in town. Nice space in living area. When contacting help on the phone it was excellent.

Kitchen area was quite small with limited supplies and with the unit of this size it would be nice to have a full-size fridge instead of a mini fridge. To be fair, it was advertised as a kitchenette which it was. The unit was quite dirty with stained linens and in moderate disrepair. No soap shampoo etc in bathroom. Property has doggy doo about which was never cleaned up. Instructions with access code not provided. Needed to phone.

Superb

The loft was great for our family. We snowshoed at Parc Les Grand Jardins and at Massif, each just a short drive away. We walked onto town for dinner and down to the pier to look at the frozen St. Lawrence. We cooked and relaxed in the apt. Great week! Would definitely come again.

The upper floor suite exceeded our expectations in that it had two bathrooms, a decent kitchen along with a dining area,

Great location and very comfortable and spacious.

Items stored in the entry closet got in the way of hanging up clothing and coats.

Are needs were met and being in a convenient location made a big difference. But expensive!!!!

The location!!!! The size of the rooms, the kitchen facilities, the parking. The bed was very comfortable

The living room/kitchen was very dark--there and in the bedroom, another lamp was needed. It was very expensive for what it was . There were a minimum number of towels and unlike most places I've stayed, no soap or shampoo for the bath/shower.

Comfort and convenience in one location!

Comfortable apartment where we were able to park our car and walk everywhere. It was 2 blocks to the downtown dining area, 1 block from the gelato store, and across the street from the trail that leads to the beach. I was also 4 block from a great grocery store. The area outside the apartment was green and nice to sit in. We enjoyed the spa after long hikes in the national park.

Excellent location, comfortable beds, everything needed was there!

Excellent location! Everything was reachable by foot. Big room with anything needed. We even used a bbq to cook diner.

lovely stay

Spacious and very comfortable loft had absolutely everything we needed for our stay. Serene and warm atmosphere, own kitchen to cook and plenty of food if options around.

We have not received a welcome email with the lock code therefore check-in was a bit confusing, but finally someone helped us to figure it out

Very idyllic and comfiortable

Plenty of Space for a small family and everything you need from comfortable beds to well equipped kitchen. Good Coffee machine, the best one we had in Canada! Great location in a cute wooden house, very close to the town center, to a great park around the corner, but still very quiet.

Its a shame that you don´t have any personal contact these days :-(

The bed was comfortable

We had to use a flashlight to go up the exterior steps to the back entrance The bathroom sink was in the bedroom very low down on the wall with a little glass shelf that we hit our head on when washing our faces. No tissues No water glasses Not clear if the living-room downstairs was private or for guests

Comfy and spacious, right on the spot. Great for family(es)

Comfy and spacious bathroom (plus additional toilet), warm and good hot water. Very very spacious with huge King sizes beds. Very complete kitchen.

Pity, for a great kitchen, we missed basic accessories like soap, some decent fried pan, sugar, etc.

A lovely stay - very spacious, clean and comfortable and the spa was a highlight.

Very spacious and clean - perfect for a family of four with teenagers. They loved the spa. Right in the centre of Bai-St-Paul and yet very quiet.
