Very clean, spacious room, great shower. Good selection at breakfast. Pleasant staff and great position near central piazza.
It was ok for me, but there is no lift and I was on the third floor

The location
One receptionist with curly black hair
The pictures were misleading. Made it look a lot nicer than in real life. The room I booked look much nicer in pictures than in real life. We asked for a change of room upon arrival as it was tiny, with a very small window ( the opposite to what I booked). This was then granted albeit reluctantly.
There’s no lift so we had to drag our suitcases up the stairs to 3rd floor.
Some of the staff had a horrible attitude - this includes the lady at the reception when we first checked it ( the other lady we dealt with with check out was wonderful and she helped us book a taxi ) and the breakfast room manager was always super unhappy everyday when she saw us.
The electric plug socket by the bedside came out of the wall which was a severe hazard, with exposed wires. I ended up not using it as scared.
