Excellent place to stay in Assisi close to everything

It was excellent!!! Location the best, carmine and his wife were outstanding and extremely helpful on where to park, eat and how to get around in the town. She cooks all the breads, pastries etc herself, it was so good. Beat capuchino. Highly recommend staying at portica10, we will be back for sure. Thank you

Oltre le aspettative

Rarissimamente ho dato 10 a una struttura , forse mai. Se lo meritano tutto! I padroni di casa sono persone eccezionali che gestiscono con Amore questa struttura e coccolano gli ospiti pur rispettandone la privacy. Le camere sono eleganti , spaziose e pulitissime. Materassi e cuscini comodissimi. La colazione è davvero curatissima( per me la migliore che mi sia stata offera in alberghi a 4 stelle) : dal pane alle marmellate ai dolci tutto buonissimo e fatto dalla padrona di casa. È a 20 metri dalla piazza del comune. Sono stata prolissa perché è difficile impacchettarlo in una definizione senza fare un torto.

Ideal location very comfortable clean and better than expected,friendly helpful and generous just brilliant.

The property was in great location and the hosts couldn’t be more helpful and friendly went above any expectations brilliant hosts did make you feel very welcome we had a fabulous stay.

A lovely B&B with very kind and welcoming hosts.

A very luxurious B and B. We were made to feel very welcome and the hosts provided a lovely choice for breakfast with lots of home made cakes and bread. They especially catered for gluten-free and egg-free dietary requirements.

Superb

Excellent location close to town in a very quiet place. Fantastic breakfast. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Loved the roof terrace too

Bed and pillow were too hard for my personal liking. I also like a very dark room but found the illuminated light switches a little bit bothersome. But it was only for one night and the super breakfast and hosts more than made up for it

A great place

It was a fantastic location. The home cooked cakes for breakfast were amazing and our hosts were such a lovely couple - supurb all round

A beautiful stay in Assisi!

Everything was nice! Couldn't have asked for more. The owners were very nice and accommodating. The view from the roof is incredible. The breakfast had some nice selections, including homemade cookies and cakes. The location was perfect. I had a fantastic time in Assisi.

Amazing owners, very clean.

The owners are amazing people and very helpful. The place is spotless - very clean.

You are required to park your car in a car park and walk your luggage to the hotel.

Perfect Location. Lovely people. Great breakfast! highly recomended!!!

The only inconveniente is that it doesn´t have an elevador. But it is Worth it!

Superb

The owners are very nice couple. Everything was good and stayed comfortably..

First two night we stayed at the higher floor even though there's no elevator. But they changed the room for lower place thankfully.

Lovely hospitality

The location was convenient. The room was spotless with state of the art amenities and the shared spaces had lovely antique pieces and well appointed accessories. Breakfast was delightful with home baked goods, local specialties and delicious juices. We love having breakfast in the medieval courtyard and watching the sunset on the rooftop terrace. The couple managing the property were delightful!

Very stylish interieur, superservice, friendly people

Noise in the streets at the morning, no coffee or tea in the room. We missed the possibility to have an apero on the slendid toproof terrace.
