Location was excellent. Could not have been better. Clean room and comfortable bed.
The air-con in the room was faulty and did not cool the room which meant sleep was difficult. Staff attempted to fix the problem but were unable to, as the hotel was full, we were unable to move rooms which made sleep impossible. We had an apology next morning but no recompense was offered.

The staff were wonderful - molto gentile! The location is excellent as guests can easily walk to various landmarks and points of interest. We also loved the breakfast spread, which had a great selection of both sweet and savory options.
Limited service at night is worth noting. We tried to pre-book a taxi for an early departure but were told to wait until the morning or check Google and book it ourselves.

LOCATION
Room was spacious enough but layout was a bit odd….. more annoying was utter lack of charm….no decor, no paint color, nothing welcoming, much less ‘warm n fuzzy’
