Spread out over two floors, this vacation rental features a large, well-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a wraparound breakfast bar, a dining table with seating for 12, a cozy living area with a comfortable sectional sofa and wall-to-wall windows, and an expansive, lower-level game room. The game room includes a variety of entertainment options including darts, shuffleboard, a pool table, and air hockey. Outside, you'll find a lower-level patio off the game room, a private hot tub, and an exquisitely furnished upper-level deck with a seating area, dining area, and gas grill. For sleeping arrangements, this home offers a master suite with a king-size bed, two guest rooms with plush queens, and a kid-friendly bedroom with four side-by-side twin beds. What's nearby: Just across the road, this unique gem includes 125 feet of waterfront property and tideland rights as well as a buoy that can accommodate boats up to 40 feet in length. Take a short drive into Union, where you'll find the historic Dalby Water Wheel, a variety of unique shops including the Cameo Boutique and Union City Market, and a few local restaurants like 2 Margaritas, right on the water. Take in the amazing views from the Alderbrook Golf Course and Clubhouse. If you're feeling lucky, play a few games at the Lucky Dog Casino located on the Skokomish Reservation, just five-and-a-half miles west of Union. Plus, you'll also find numerous state parks and hiking trails close by, so don't forget your hiking boots! Things to know: Free WiFi Full kitchen (plus a second refrigerator in the laundry room) The family dogs are welcome to join you here If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the nightly pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting "Yes" to pets. Our group of long time friends and their daughters had plenty of space to be together, enjoy meals, games, the fire pit, and coffee or wine on the deck and with gorgeous water view. Plenty of beds and space.

We stayed 2 nights here with 3 adults, 1 teenager and 3 kids (9-11) to go clamming nearby. The property was clean, very spacious and plenty of indoor entertainment for the kiddos. The hot tub worked great and we had a very relaxing and comfortable stay. Would recommend for groups or families We did not really get a chance to enjoy the outside spaces as it was rainy, however the views were great from indoors through the many picture windows.

Specifically booked this property for the hot tub, games and outdoor space for our weekend getaway.
Upon arrival we checked on hot tub and it was cold with red flashing light. We immediately called the local support who shared it was her day off, but that shared the "motherboard has been fried and someone should have let us know sooner as they've known for over a week." We then decided to take advantage of other amenities and discovered the games downstairs didn't turn on (basketball, air hockey, large TV in downstairs living area had no remote or way to turn on). We decided to pivot outdoors, where we were greeted by dog poop all over the deck.
The couch + blankets + stairs had dog hair all over- dishes were not clean - ice machine broken habing to leave a few times for ice, microwave didn't spin - just a LOT of unexpected things that took away from the joy of a group of moms trying to have a stress free weekend.
Despite being told by the local property team that she'd send a tech, no one called, followed up and Vacasa said "we'd be in touch" but no one every even attempted.
If you want the amenities listed, look elsewhere and ask about reviews that share the problems have been fixed to make sure they actually have been.
While the property had beautiful views what we paid for is not what we received and the local management was of zero support in trying help which was highly frustrating.

Place was perfect to keep people entertained. Lots of games and fun. We were all looking forward to enjoying some hot tub time, but it was not running. In all a good place to rent.

Spacious, clean, great seating for conversations. We had so much fun playing the games, spending time on the deck listening to the wildlife, and soaking in the hot tub. Worth every dime!

We were 12 deep and very comfortable! My grandkids enjoyed the games as much as the adults. Most of us are from Tampa Florida and this helped. It’s the calm before the storm…….Pray for us!!!!

Great house overall. Plenty of room for our party of seven adults. Great views, and very comfortable. A few things that merited fewer than five stars: the water in the hot tub was bad enough that we didn’t get in; the grill didn’t light properly and we had to channel our inner MacGyver to use it; the bedroom and bathroom doors were quite squeaky; water seems to run out from under the shower door in the basement bathroom; and a couple of even more minor things: the basketball game didn’t keep score, and there weren’t enough darts to play.

We had an awesome time! The house was roomy, clean, and had everything you need and more. Wish we were able to stay longer. Suzanne, the house keeper was super nice and understanding also. The house is a bit hard to find so it would be best if the GPS cordinates are available to the renters. And the management company is nice but a tad slow on responses. Overall, we're very happy with our stay and would love to go back. :)

The house over all was beautiful. Nicely decorated. Views were to die for! Carpet looked a little dirty with stains. Kitchen was stocked with the VERY basics. Gathering spots had plenty of room for everyone. Our biggest complaint was there was no dock. We brought our boat and were able to get it in and out of the water from the state park 2 miles down the road and moored it off on the buoy provided to the property. We had to swim back to shore once "parked" and swim back to grab the boat, then drive back to the state park to meet the rest of our party, which we had to pay for parking. It was super inconvenient and we probably would have thought twice about bringing our boat if we knew how inconvenient and hard it was going to be. The road/driveway leading to the house is NOT boater friendly. So you must put your boat in the water and wont be able to go directly to the house. The small round about on the road directly under the property would have been so, so, so more helpful if we could have actually used it as a drive through with the trailer/boat. It was permanently blocked off on one side, again, making things very inconvenient and more difficult than it really has to be.
But the water color, the perfect weather all week, the views and the sunsets were unbeatable!!

First, this home is worth it all for the view. We couldn't get enough! The furniture and decor is just right for large groups. Beds were comfy, great options for entertainment, and full stocked kitchen.
However, when we arrived, it looked like the cleaners had just run out of time. The people who had stayed before us kind of trashed the lower outdoor area and the kitchen. The kitchen was not fully cleaned, and we found some hair in the bathrooms as well. Crumbs all over the kitchen floor and sticky countertops. There were ants EVERYTWHERE in the kitchen and dining room. The property manager went into action quickly and sent someone to re-clean early the next morning, as well as spray the ants, which we appreciated. It was a bummer of a way to start the trip, but it didn't end up affecting our time here. I would just recommend bringing a few extra Clorox wipes and maybe some ant poison.
I would definitely return to this home, as we saw it could comfortable fit 2-3 families easily, with plenty of room for everyone to sleep and enjoy. (Be aware, there are no real options for local restaurants or shopping. Walmart in Shelton is the closest for groceries.)

We enjoyed my retirement by having our family meet at this home for 5days. We’ll equipped, very clean. Our family had 6 adults, 3 children and grandchild. There was more than enough room for everyone and dishes and utensils to cook. We will come back again. The only negative wasn’t the fault of the property, but of Vacasa, the the property manager. We had a few quick questions and I called the property manager and received no return call.

Fantastic Rain or Shine
We gathered a few friends from around WA to celebrate a friends upcoming wedding and this June has been colder than most. We had a blast regardless and there was plenty of room for us to enjoy the whole weekend together. We even got a rainbow off the balcony on our way out. Beautiful home and very comfortable for everyone.

Great Getaway

Absolutely beautiful home, view. The game room was fabulous everyone had a blast playing down there. The kitchen was fully stocked(dishes, pans, silverware, etc) for preparing large meals. The beach was okay. Very rocky. My 6 year old and 7 year old nephew loved finding crabs on the beach. We will definitely be back.

However… a couple of glitches: dishwasher was full of dirty dishes. Hamper full of soiled linens😳when we checked in. One suggestion: provide some instructions for the coffee makers… took us awhile to figure out how to use them😉. A slight leak in the downstairs storage room.. with a bit of standing water. A couple of deck chairs were “wobbly”— needed tightening. But all in all, a beautiful, comfortable, spacious house. We would definitely come again, Thank You!!!

Unfortunately, we dealt with water damage throughout the basement of this unit. We also discovered that the previous guest had dealt with the same issue and documented it in the guest book. Management really needs to take care of this issue.
