The spacious, well-appointed townhome is in a very convenient location because it offers easy access from the two major highways in Amarillo, I-40 and I-27. It’s also close to Coulter Road, which is popular for retail stores and restaurants. The medical district is about six miles from the house. The two-story home, fitted with comfortable furniture and home-like amenities, has three bedrooms, and two bathrooms. You’ll feel at home with enhanced Wi-Fi, a washer and dryer, and a kitchen that’s ready for you to cook! Complimentary coffee, bottled water, snacks, and hand-sanitizing products will be awaiting your arrival. The Smart TV has Roku channels, Disney Plus, and Hulu. The house is located on a corner lot, so there’s plenty of yard space, which is unusual for townhomes in a quiet area. Enjoy the outdoor dining table, wood fire pit(we do not provide wood), fun games, and a gas grill. The space is ideal for roasting s'mores and star gazing. The driveway has a basketball net and space to play. We are a few blocks away from the Walmart neighborhood. This property is for transient temporary stays only, and guests may not establish residency at any time. -Mention your pet at the time of booking; Dogs only! -Pet fee $50.00 -Pets must be potty trained - Keep pets off of all furniture, including beds - Guests are responsible for pet hair and waste cleanup. - Don't leave your dog unattended inside the house. Crate your pet or leave them in our fenced backyard. -Clean up after your pet -If you don't add your dog to the reservation will result in a $150.00 extra fee. -NO loud music. -The city ordinance is quiet hours after 10:00 pm.

We had a great stay! We went to spend time with our colleges kiddo for family weekend at WT. The house was clean, comfortable, and had a great homey feeling. Checking in and out was super easy and the location is in a great area.

This place is great. We've stayed here 2x in the last 3 months or so. Both times were exactly as advertised. Very comfortable both when we had my family of 4 as well as when we had my in-laws with us for 6 people. I would definitely recommend to anyone coming to Amarillo.

TV was not easy to use. 72 year olds need a little easier access to regular channels. & sports channels Bedroom up was spacious & Bath. But lots of steps. Should know there are 15-20 steps up & down. Just let us know before hand. But love the garage availability, the patio & privacy. Kitchen and the rest. Important part was it was CLEAN.

This home is definitely a top contender for your visit to Amarillo. You will feel the care and detail the owner has taken to make guests comfortable. The home was very clean, kitchen fully outfitted, bathrooms had everything including toothbrushes. You can even park your car in the garage! The only “con” for us was the lack of a tub grab bar in the 1st floor bathroom for the safety of our elderly relative.

This property is wonderful. The neighborhood is safe and quiet. The house is beautifully decorated and spotless. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Being able to park our car in a garage was definitely a big plus.We only stayed one night because this was a stop on a longer trip, but we’d definitely stay here again.

The property is newer, clean and quiet. Rear parking is spacious. The backyard and patio are welcoming at night. It is centrally located to chain restaurants, Walmart and tourist attractions. If in Amarillo again, will definitely book this property.

This is a good property for a family. We were traveling with my 86 year old mom and though she's a spry 86, it was great to have a downstairs bedroom and bathroom for her. There were plenty of coffee/tea supplies available. I like that we had a garage available and there were many labels and explanations handy for lights and such. The bathroom floor in the master didn't look like it was cleaned/swept properly when we arrived due to debris near the trash container.

This was the perfect place for us to stop overnight on a cross country trip. The place was perfectly appointed. We felt immediately right at home. All the necessities were there and more. Really liked the porch out back. 5 stars.

I have to admit I was hesitant to book a townhome for a stay, but I was DELIGHTED with this property. The home was very clean and everything was as advertised. Although it was raining and I wasn't able to take advantage of the yard, it was a great size and had a nice swing and dining table. Should I travel through Amarillo again this property will stay at the top of my list.

Clean and well stocked for cooking! This cute little townhouse was great for the five of us (3 adults and 2 teen boys). Only a 25 minute drive to Palo Duro, groceries just a half mile away. Great!

We were in Amarillo for a conference and didn’t want to stay in a hotel. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay again! Clean, quite and the beds we’re comfortable. Host is very kind and easy to work with.

We ultimately stayed in a nearby hotel. My family wasn’t comfortable staying. There was an odor to us that seemed like lingering smoke or pets. House looked clean, just something with the smell gave us a bad feeling and we didn’t end up staying.
