Nestled in Bodega Bay, this charming house for $1,429 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Sweeping Ocean views, double kitchen with 3 suites and 2 bedrooms. This estate really sleeps 12 (no bunk beds) and sits on a large lot in Bodega, this high tech luxury freshly redone estate with spectacular ocean views at Bodega Harbour – With 3 suites (of which 1 has a 5 steps up sleeping loft with a view), and more 2 bedroom. Total of 4.5 bathrooms, with theater (which is one of the 2 bedrooms and sleeps 2), doubled kitchen, sits on a large triple size lot in the Bodega Harbour Country Golf Club and has spanning views of the Pacific Ocean. A unique, multi-level floorpan at over 3300 sq. ft. with full 12 people dinner table, allows plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax. The entry level has a Cape Cod suite with a king bed and private bathroom, and two bedrooms with access to the large private patio and hot tub. The Garden bedroom has a king bed with a stand up desk, and the Theater bedroom has two chair beds that each open into a single twin bed. These two bedrooms share a full bathroom on this level. On the next level is the double kitchen and dining room (seats 12), with a 1/2 bath next to the dining room. A few steps up from the dining area is the living room, with a nice sun deck, a few steps up and you have a pool table loft and the Hoso suite with a king size bed (+ an bonus twin daybed which is not listed) and full bathroom. The Rapunzel suite is located on the top floor of the house and has its own full bathroom. It sleeps four people with a king-size bed and an elevated, 5 steps up, sleeping loft with a queen bed. The loft can be closed off with a sliding privacy wall. The Rapunzel suite has a stand up desk. With a view from every level in the house. Short walk to the beaches using ShortTail Gulch trail, and Pinnacle Gulch trail. There is a good Wireless internet, pellet stove, 2 washers 2 dryers, BluRay, microwave, 2 dishwasher, HEPA filters, 2 stand-up desks. A great home for a multi family stay. Check our weekly rates. Sleeping arrangements: There are 3 suites and 2 bedrooms; Rapuzel suite, 1 king and 1 queen. Hoso suite, 1 King and 1 daybed. Cape Cod suite, 1 King. Garden bedroom, 1 King. Theater bedroom has 2 chair beds that each opens to single Twins size bed. No animals, as the owner has allergies. (HEPA filters throughout the house) Guest access: Smart Lock. An private access code is provided prior to arrival. Technology features: 1) Tesla (NEMA 14-50) charger or Level 2 EV Charger (240 V 32 A) powered by an 8KW solar system. 2) Backup battery for the house against power outages (common in Bodega Bay). 3) High speed internet (100Mbps download) for multiple simultaneous movie streaming and good WiFi coverage of the property. 4) Three large screen TVs all able to provide Netflix and Amazon Prime streaming in 3 rooms simultaneously. The 300 SF surround sound Home Theater room has 2 reclining sofas + 2 chair beds that open to single beds. surround sound. Home Theater TV have access to movies in addition to Amazon and Netflix. Because the water taste on the coast is poor, we added a 5 stage water filter for drinking water.

We rented the house for my birthday weekend. There were 12 women. The house had plenty of room for all of us and the kitchen was perfect for cooking for a large group! Communication with Ward was clear and easy…even if I was slow to respond (sorry Ward!).

Comfortable, spacious house with large, well equipped kitchen, large dining area and comfortable living room. Worked well for a group of friends having a weekend away. The "theater" room is a bit tight for several people (we had a large group).

Beautiful location, property and home. You can see from the Tomalas Bay inlet to North if the Bodega Head from a good vantage. There is a lot of space to either spread out or hang out in the living room and pool room. The double kitchen was wonderful and made meal prep a breeze. Super easy travel from this central location.

My family and I were celebrating my father in-laws 70th birthday. The house was perfect for the 11 of us and really enjoyed the trails to the beach. We got some good exercise and strength training walking the hills and the trails!! I haven’t been to Bodega in over 11 years so didn’t know what to expect, but we all had a fantastic time kids and adults!! Great location and views!! Highly recommend this home!!

In November, I decided to have our entire family together for the holidays. My husband and I visit the Northern California coast many times so I started my search. Finding the right place with enough bedrooms and bathrooms for 12 people ranging from ages 75 to 7 years of age was my goal. The picture of the Switi Hoso looked like the perfect place for our family. Because I was looking for the perfect getaway house, I had many questions. Ward alwys replied promptly. He has a very detailed agreement which I appreciate. The house was perfect for us. The weather was cold and rained most of the days but no one was bored. The indoor activities for all ages was great: Theatre Room with the best 3D glasses, pool table, ping-pong, games & puzzles, hot tub, and places to hide and just relax. Everyone was assigned a meal to cook so the huge kitchen was a real plus. The espresso machine was a treat every morning. We were lucky, two days the weather let us hike down to the tide pools. The Switi Hoso is a place to remember. Thank you Ward for sharing your beautiful house with us.

Fantastic property that is ideal for several families with teenagers. Movie room, ping pong, pool table, hot tub, plus a large kitchen with lots of space to spread out to go along with dynamite views. Overall a great place to stay! It was wonderful

Great location at the top of the Harbor Bay development with 180 degree views of the ocean & bay. Tons of windows on the property - almost every room has a view. Sitting out on the deck was magical. Easy walk to both trails down to the beach (shortest one is .5 miles and a bit steep at times). Well appointed kitchen allowed the 10 of us to prepare and share nearly all of our meals together - double stoves, tons of counter space, all the utensils, pans, bowls, plates, etc. that you'd need -- seems like enough for 25+ people! Enjoyed the pool table, ping pong, and spa as well as one night in the movie room (with 10 of us in there it got a little stuffy). Overall, just what we were looking for - a causal, convenient, and scenic spot to reconnect with extended family after a long lapse.

Our family and friends had a wonderful stay in Switi Hoso! This home was made for a multi family visit. The kitchen was thoughtfully layed out for two families to cook simultaneously. Everyone had plenty of room and were comfortable. The ping pong and pool tables provided hours of entertainment for all. We enjoyed seeing quail and deer roam through the yard and across the street from the deck. On day two we noticed an issue with the hot tub, but a quick message to the owner and it was resolved the very next day. Wonderful communication with the host. One suggestion to add to the home would be an all purpose spray cleaner to add to the kitchen.

The house was fantastic and had plenty of room for everyone! Gorgeous views throughout. It was great to have so much space and double appliances in the kitchen. The pool table and theater room were both unique and fun features. Ward was responsive to questions and needs we had while we were there (and ahead of time). We loved the proximity to the walking trails to the beach and it was just a short drive into town. If you are planning to use the Tesla charger, it may be best to confirm the details/what you need to bring with you ahead of time. Overall, a truly wonderful property and experience. I wouldn't hesitate to visit again (and hopefully I get to someday)!
