The breakfast was beautiful. Even though we were leaving early Sunday morning, staff came early to cook ours before we left. The place was so close to all amenities.
I wouldn’t change anything. Well worth the price you pay and staff are so helpful and friendly.

The location was good, it was close to all amenities and the seafront, but far enough so that you don’t hear any noise coming from the rides and arcades etc approximately 7 minutes walk to the seafront.
All staff are exceptionally friendly.
The room was very clean on arrival and the beds freshly made.
The room we had was a triple room for 2 adults and 1 child. The room was a nice size but the shower room was very small, the shower cubicle was tiny and made it awkward to shower. The toilet had a macerator fitted and made a horrible noise every time it was flushed and when water was running for the shower, washing hands or brushing teeth there was a horrible noise coming from the plumbing.
