Hassan at reception was so helpful and so friendly,he couldn't do enough for us,I wish every hotel had staff Rooms where like him, can't thank him enough for everything.Rooms were spotless,you have your facilities for tea and coffee, comfortable bed what more would you need,have already booked for next year can't wait.
Can't really complain about anything,rooms where clean they had everything you needed,Staff were lovely

Freindly staff on reception who carried my cases to my room.

Staff at reception very welcoming and helped with luggage
Room wasn’t clean. Found baby dummy and bottle beside bed. Shower wasn’t cleaned. Bed sheets had marks on and during the 3 night stay no further towels, tea coffee, etc were supplied . WiFi didn’t work
