It was a little further away from the centre of Skegness than expected but the lady who ran it was extremely friendly and helpful. Everything I could need was made available, the room was clean with plenty of tea/coffee and milk availsble every day.
There really wasn’t anything that I didn’t like. Maybe a little updating in the room but it was so clean that it didn’t really matter.

Room was clean, bed was comfy and it felt like I was at home rather than a hotel. It’s a few minutes walk from the beach and main attractions but far enough away that it’s nice and quiet at night. The lady who owns it is lovely she even got up early to take me and my daughter to the train station at 6.30am on the day we left. Definitely great value for money.
