We booked an overnight stay at Clumber House as we were going to a show at the Embassy theatre.We were welcomed very warmly by the owner and his son who soon had us checked in.The atmosphere was very friendly and homely.We were shown to our room which was spotlessly clean and had a very good en suite.The bed was very comfortable and the fridge was a useful asset to the room,as were the ample amount of tea coffee and milk.
In the morning we were greeted with a very delicious full English breakfast and ample toast tea or coffee.There were also cereals fruit and yoghurts if wanted.
This is a very friendly family run Hotel.It is not far from the centre of Skegness and is very reasonably priced for the excellent service we received…it was so good that we have already booked to come back in November when we are coming to another show at the Embassy theatre.
There could not have been anything different to have made this a fantastic nights stay.

Location and friendliness of hosts ,great food and it was nice to b offered a 3 course meal in the evening . Lovely size room and good to have a fridge in it . I liked the fact we were left to enjoy our holiday and asked every day if we needed anything . Will def go again we had a great holiday .
Only thing i didnt like was the bed and pillows it was very hard. But my husband loved it he slept like a baby.

Location. Owners pleasant enough.
It was ok. Room was nice and warm. Beds comfy. Lots of milk in room.
Needed a more modern decor. Just not our style - dark wood panels, old fashioned and basic. Needed a better shower. Needed a higher quality breakfast. (my scrambled egg looked like mashed potato! ) Breakfast only from 8am -9am. Everything was 'just ok'
