Clearly a well run and well maintained property and guesthouse. My room was nicely furnished, tastefully decorated and comfortable with ensuite. All very clean. The owners provide tv and kettle but also dont schrimp on the provided tea, coffee and milk. Lovely full english breakfast, cooked to order, and set me up for the day. Hosts were very welcoming.
Property is well positioned just a couple of streets back from the seafront bringing you to the main drag, arcades and pier in easy walking distance.
Thouroughly enjoyed my stay walking and sampling the delights including Aquarium, arcades, pier, beach front walks and local hostellries... so much to do for families

Really nice B&B in a great location. Nice room which was well decorated and very comfy. It was nice to have lots of tea and milk (and biscuits) in the room so we didn’t need to ask for any more. I also really liked the big bath towels. Breakfast was also nice.

Everyone was very friendly, The room was outstandingly clean, It smelt lovely as you walked in, Breakfast was brilliant, Nothing was too much for the owners here I’ve stayed at a fair few places in Skegness now but this is my favourite 100%, I wouldn’t hesitate to come back ❤️
