Absolutely love this hotel. We loved it that much that we came back. There was no disappointment, room was immaculate, bed comfy, shower was unbelievable. We didn’t have the best of times in Skegness when we first arrived but we knew that we was coming here and was looking forward to the stay. Staff absolutely fantastic, couldn’t be more helpful and friendly. Stayed for breakfast this morning and again, no disappointment. Absolutely fantastic. Looking forward to booking again in the future, definitely our go too.

Lovely stay in the Ivernia Hotel. Friendly and helpful host. Spotlessly clean, everything thought of to make the stay an enjoyable one and a lovely outdoor shaded seating area. Tea and coffee in plentiful supply.
The Ivernia is a short walk to the beach and town with easy access to transport links via train and bus. Regular bus service to other beach resorts too. Wished I could have stayed longer but will definitely return to this guest house next time I visit Skegness.

Very modern and clean.The hosts went above and beyond.Great location, only 5 mins walk to the centre.
We paid for a deluxe twin, but it was a small room, definitely not deluxe. We have stayed in alot of deluxe rooms and this was by far the smallest.We had to put our cases in between the beds, so when i needed the toilet i had to shuffle down the bed, as the other size was right next to the wall.Curtains let to much light in, so was woken at dawn every morning.
The bed was way to soft for me, so I didn't sleep well at all.
Facilities lacked a full length mirror, shower was very small My husband is a big chap and could not fit in the shower due to how the doors opened.
I couldn't use the dressing table to do my hair etc as it was taken up by the kettle, tea and coffee facilities.
Breakfast you paid an extra £12 each.
It was ok, nothing special.The bacon was nice and thick, but came out with alot of black bits on it, which is from the griddle not being scrapped.It was off putting.
Overall it was a disappointing stay, which was a shame as the hosts were lovely and the perfect location too.
