The bed was super comfortable, fab location and exceptionally friendly staff. The curtains made our room super dark which was great and we didnt have any problems with noise from the main road out front at all. A fan was provided in the room too which is great as we both sleep with a fan on and needed that extra comfort. The room was spacious and really lovely and i appreciated the extra seats/table area.
There was a funny smell in our bathroom assumingly due to a shared ventilation in the ceiling. We were located on the bottom floor and sadly due to this we heard every footstep and dragging of suitcases/dropping things from the room above us which did disturb our sleep unfortunately due to it going on quite late at night.

Location was very good for the seafront, bars and restaurants. Room small but adequate for the price.
Noisy during the night as a couple underneath room were fighting.Hot in room as no aircon

Location was great
Noisy room next to front door, sold as a sea view, more of a glimpse, room really hot, too noisy to open windows, vending machine not working, no hooks in bathroom
