Large carparks front and rear. Great location. Sea views. Friendly staff. Good lift. A grand old building.
Not very clean (except for the bed). 50% of the light fittings in our room were faulty. Windows so dirty as to almost block the sea view. Price, given the state of the place.

Good breakfast hotel bit to far from the town.
No entertainment shortage of staff had to find someone so you could get served at the bar.
