Clean, cosy, lots of things going on entertainment wise and very close to the beach! The breakfast was beautiful

The breakfast was very good.It was help yourself buffet style and there was plenty of it.The bacon beans and scrambled eggs were excellent and I ended up having 2 plates full. The hotel which was very large was quaint and characterful although a bit dated.Plenty ogf parking.
The rooms were a little on the small side and claustraphobic but the bed was very comfortable and the room was well heated.Although there was a bath in the bathroom it was quite small difficult to get out and more suitable for a dwarf.

The location and parking was good
The rooms need an upgrade they are a little run down. A thorough cleaning needed also. The bed was comfortable and clean as expected however the room itself had quite a lot of cobwebs around and areas of wallpaper starting to peel away. The carpet was a bit threadbare but this was the same around the whole building. The bathroom had a crack in the sink and mould in the tile grout.
