Staff were lovely.
Offers parking.. (not all hotels on that stretch offer parking)
Breakfast was delicious. And great service. A good selection of continental breakfast too. Could benefit with providing some pastries of some sort.but all in all.. fantastic stay. Will definitely be coming back to stay again next year.. highly recommended

The location cannot be bettered.
The breakfasts were very good. The selection of food on offer was 10 out of 10.
The only thing that marred our stay was the people who came in at 4 o clock in the morning making terrible noise. We thought they were ransacking the place as the noise was so loud but we knew this was not the fault of the hotel so didn’t say any thing.

The hotel is in the perfect location and central to Skegness sea front and activities.
The room we stayed in had a shower with really low pressure which although wasn’t a huge issue as we wasn’t washing our hair and having a quick body shower but for the amount the rooms cost you’d expect a decent shower. The property charges additional for parking spaces which involve being blocked in and having to leave your car at the property. The spaces are small and not suitable for large cars or 4x4 which I was only made aware of after my booking which wasn’t helpful as I had a large family car which wouldn’t fit in the spaces. With the additional charges for parking you can get other hotels which include parking already for the same price or less so worth considering before you book.
