Lovely breakfast, close walk to the seafront.
Not sure if they offer croissants and pain a chocolates, that would be nice, daughter loves them, she suggested that, everything else is perfect.

The guest house was warm and welcoming. The owners were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. the room was impeccably clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was hot fresh and plentiful and served with a smile. Perfectly located with a 5 minute walk to all Skegness has to offer yet far enough to make for a lovely quiet and peaceful stay. The room was stocked daily with coffee, tea and milk. The bathroom was supplied with soap, shower get and shampoo
We loved our stay and will definitely will be back!
The shower was a little on the small size, but nothing worth worrying about. other than this there was nothing we didn't like about the Aldor

The Aldor is very clean, breakfast really nice a lot of choice, Darren & Caroline very helpful. Really enjoyed our weekend away.
Nothing at all to complain about, but there are a lot of steps as we had a room on 2nd floor to accommodate the 2 beds we required. We did manage though, but would be good if they could have a twin bedded room on a lower floor for pensioners

The modern decor was the first thing that made me book here and the hosts were lovely and bonus the breakfast is included.

As a family we loved everything about the property, it was absolutely spotless. Although my little girl cried because we hadn’t gone on an aeroplane to get there, she soon had a smile on her face when she saw the bunk beds. We had the warmest welcome and the room was so cosy. The fridge was an added bonus as my children love milk at bed time so we had somewhere to store it. I can’t wait to stay again. I wish we had booked more than two nights.

Wow it was just perfect lovely location 10 mins walk from train station 5 mins walk from the sea front but set on a lovely quiet avenue, hosts were very welcoming & went up & beyond to be helpful lovely clean & modern room felt do comfortable lovely breakfast every morning & nothing was too much trouble will definately be staying at the Aldor again Perfect 5 star service thankyou Daren & Caroline

Friendly staff, very clean, lots of cushions and fleecy covers additional to bedding. Nice warm room. Great selection at breakfast. Caroline suggested some lovely local places to visit. The family room was great with fridge/freezer. The location was great with on street parking. We left a few items in the room by mistake when we left, Caroline called us as soon as she found them.

I've never stayed in a guest house before. I am thinking about doing it more often having stayed here. It's high reviews are richly deserved. Very smart and clean room. Great host, great location (quiet but near centre) and fantastic value for money (with a good full English thrown in - or something else if you want it).

Location was excellent and quiet.
Nice and friendly hosts.
Dining room was chilly at breakfast and needed heating to be on beforehand.
Breakfast was ok but we did have to ask for cereal and jams and felt these should have been able to access ourselves.
