Linda and Alan were fantastic hosts, really welcoming.
The property oozed a family environment, little details and a very homely feel.
The breakfast was delicious and hearty and sets you up for the whole day.
We loved our little entertainment in the mornings (the genius) 😁
Our room was spacious with everything we needed, again little details made it for us, the beach themed rooms including bedding, ornaments,light cord of a beach hut and beach pictures on the walls. We truly enjoyed stopping here and will definitely be going again.
There was nothing not to like!

It was absolutely beautiful. Everything is top up. Clean and comfortable room with everything what you need and even more. Very kind and helpful owners. Delicious breakfast. The best restaurants in Skegness very close to the Guest house. Simply the Best place to stay.

The property was good distance from train station being approx 8 to 10 mins walk depending on walking ability also nice distance from the pier and fun fair being again approx 8 mins walk . Also Linda & Alan were pleasant and welcoming helpful regards leaving my case on the arrival and leaving side of things. The room was pleasant and big room with bay windows onto the front of property street view.
The breakfast was good but there wasn’t much choice , wasn’t offered different choice of eggs just fried. The bacon was a little hard both mornings and the most irritating thing was unfortunately the hosts lingered with grandson in the breakfast area all time of eating , it was too much interaction was like staying in someone’s house ,left me feeling being watched over .. the guesthouse room you walked through to get to tables was just full of toys and very untidy was like walking into a hoarders house. Very off putting and lets down the guesthouse ..the bed was hard mattress. Could maybe offer a topper ? And the shower is very small and old style turning knob not elec /digital type so was hard to get a good temp. And the tv as pointed out to them is too small for that size room. It was clean room just needs a bit of upgrading and tweeks.
