The hotel is set in a lovely place a short walk from Skegness centre
There is no breakfast, the staff are disinterested and the rooms are very dusty

Had a Sunday lunch which was very good but would have liked breakfast. Car parking good.
We are OAPs so would have liked a hand rail to get in and out of shower. Didn’t like that they didn’t do breakfast. Room was quite dark as the ceiling had been painted black.

The room was quiet, comfortable and extremely clean. The location was good with safe parking.
I booked the hotel because it had a restaurant. I would have appreciated a message beforehand to let me know the restaurant was closed because of staffing problems. This had a knock on effect on breakfast too. Cereal wasn't offered until another guest asked for it, butter was brought when we asked but was not available on the buffet table. The hotel made it clear that there was no lift and that bedrooms were on the first and second floors. However, there was no mention, when booking, of the 'spiral' staircase we had to use to get to our room.
