Host is very accomodating and communication was great. Apartment is quite spacious room-wise, it really feels like you're staying at Nonno's house! Location is obviously the big draw for this apartment as its only a few minutes walk to the train station.
The accomodation would be much better if there were a few more AC units installed as only one bedroom has a proper AC unit (other two bedrooms have mobile units which didn't really cool anything down at all and are very loud).
Unfortunately there isn't much of a sitting space in the accomodation - you have to treat the kitchen as the sitting space.

Very close to train station
On the very top floor. A lot of steps but there is a small elevator for luggages. Mattress was not comfortable. Kitchen is pretty dated.

Good location, very close to the Roma Termini Station.
There was no soap in the bathroom. Not even for washing hands. When I asked the host he said that the cleaning lady forgot and that was it. No attempt to remedy the situation.
Towels were extremely worn out, rough and worst of all.. they were STINKY!
There was nothing in the kitchen either. Not even the basic, like tea, coffee or sugar.
Beds were very uncomfortable and the pillows were too thin.
