Nestled in Paso Robles, this lovely condo for $182 per night is a great option for your next break. This attached studio apartment with private entrance is the epitome of an efficiency apartment for work or play. Located in a semi-rural neighborhood, but with all the desired amenities--laundry, full kitchen with dorm-size refrigerator, small dishwasher and Wi-Fi. This charming apartment is just a short drive to our Downtown City Square. The unit has been fully updated and is the perfect destination for one or two guests focused on what matters most to them, whether it is work, play, connecting with local families. We invite you to book for the weekend, week, or consider a longer stay! (One small dog (10-15lbs) considered with $25/night pet fee.) City Permit #STR19-0183. ***Five Star Coffee Program- We start your stay with a supply of coffee, filters, coffee pods, cream, and sugar for our provided drip and pod-style coffee makers onsite at every home. ***Dogs are only allowed with an additional $25/night per dog fee. The pet fee is not included in the 'initial quote'. Was a very nice neighborhood and a safe space.
Plenty of parking for my large truck.
I was gone from earlier morning until dark each day, so really wish there was a way to leave air condition on at a set level. It was miserable coming in late each night to a stuffy hot room that didn’t cool down. Per Rules I turned AC off when I left each day.
Booked for a full kitchen, Stove, coffee maker and fridge. Sadly the fridge was way to small for what I needed.
The place was clean but feel uncomfortable using towels washed only by the previous guests.
Half of the coffee creamers were separated and lumpy.

It was very quiet and peaceful and comfortable. the lawn area was great to take our dogs out to go potty. Great communication with the property management, had a slow draining bathtub and was taken care of very very fast. This was a whole lot better then a hotel room, place was very comfortable and definantley will do it again. Ed & Sharon

The stay was amazing although you could mention that the pool was not included I think it should be because $500 is not worth a little tinny room with horrible connection also when you call to tell us the pool is not included i suggest being nicer not a bitch

Very convenient location and easy access. Overall, we had what we needed for a comfortable stay. One wish is that the A/C was a bit more powerful. With such a small space, it should have been easier to cool down the room (Paso was in triple digits).

Very nice for a very short stay as there is little room for a suitcase and no place to hang clothes as there were no clothes hangers. Very clean and very modern. Had a washer and dryer, dishwasher, small kitchen and everything looked new. Newer saw or spoke with the owners. All done through a computer that hangs on the wall in the bedroom and is a bit like having big brother watching you as it would come on randomly with advertisements. Did not care for that as it sits right next to the bed.

Property was as pictured and advertised. I stayed for almost three weeks. With that length of stay a few extra shower items would have been nice.
When I had an issue finding the property in the dark the first night and tv one day they were just a phone call away to help me.

We were very happy with our stay up to the point where we came home on Saturday night at around 10pm to two ladies cursing and creaming to an Uber driver. Then again on Sunday at around 2:00am there was a man dreaming and cursing he woke up my husband and I. We could not fall asleep after that. My husband and I were looking for a quiet and relaxing weekend and we unfortunately did not get to enjoy this because of the yelling and cursing. We will probably not be staying here in the future.

Had a wonderful stay at the A-n-D Suite. Great location in a quiet neighborhood and minutes from downtown. The space had everything I needed and was perfect for myself and my dog. The washer and dryer is a huge plus. Internet was reliable which was necessary for me since I was also working remotely during my stay. Great little kitchen with working stove to cook meals in. Perfect for the solo traveler or couple.

Few suggestions: Needs lights on the stairs at night, should have a back splash for the corner sink and maybe a cover of some sort for the fues box. Overall it was okay but a bit too small for us. Still it was very convenient. Thank you.

The rental very clean, which is most important to us. It was much smaller than we expected and didn't have a closet, or hangers, to hang our clothes but it did have an iron so we hung over the chairs and ironed the day of the wedding.

We had a great time at this property that was very neat and clean and looked just as depicted in the pictures. The check in process was not smooth because they had provided us with outdated instructions, but I contacted the agency and they gave me a partial refund and credit for a future stay, so I was happy with the resolution. Hopefully they update the check-in instructions for the next guest (and I would recommend confirming the code etc before arrival). The bed was comfortable and the place was equipped with everything needed for a weekend stay. Very nice kitchen with many appliances. Also great location close to downtown Paso and the wineries. Highly recommend!

Loved our stay!
This was the perfect little home away from home for my husband and our two pups! We spent most of the days exploring wineries, Tin City and town and the apartment was close enough to pop in and out of as we went from activity to activity. Super central, a five min drive to town, five min drive to Vino Robles Concert Venue, ten mins to a great dog park. Would stay again!

Hello, My partner and I stated at A n D suites for two nights and three days. The over all experience was GREAT! The actual location of the unit was great-- close to wineries and the downtown area. There were a few issues that it looks like the property management knew of: GPS to this location differs from the Hospitality App location (The app is much more exact where as the maps took us to the wrong place). Please use the Hospitality APP to map yourself if you are staying here. The nightlight in the bathroom does not seem to work-- you'll have to bring your phone light to light the way to the bathroom. This listing advertises that certain TV stations however it seems that the account kept logging in and out thus we were unable to watch much TV (I emailed the property management on the first day and did not get a response). The laminated sheet in the unit gave us instructions to wifi and checkin in and out. The laminated sheet did not ask us to throw the sheets and towels in the laundry however the Hospitality APP did (seems like there was some sort of disconnect). I was able to call the property management during check out to notify them of these issues. Other than these small mishaps-- we had a great time and would love to stay here again! Thank you!
