Kitchens feature modern stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertop and small pantry closet. The kitchen is equipped with a coffee maker and complimentary coffee and creamers. Also provided are cutlery, plates, mugs, mixing bowls, pots, pans, water & wine glasses along with other cooking essentials. Please note, the apartments are equipped with a 20-gallon hot water tank. Time between showers may be needed to allow the tank to reheat. Parking is available next-door at the State Street parking garage. Daily rates range from $10-$15 per day. Long-term parking passes are available for $159 a month. Long-term parking passes must be requested and paid for prior to your arrival, LAZ parking handles the parking passes. Contact us for more information. The Space: New, private, studio and one bedroom lofts featuring high ceilings, exposed brick, oversized windows, hardwood floors and rooftop city views. Kitchens feature modern stove, full size refrigerator, microwave, dishwasher, quartz countertop, pantry, wine rack. The butcher block island offers storage and also doubles as a dining table that seats three. The kitchen is also equipped with a Keurig coffee machine and complimentary coffee and creamers. Also provided are cutlery, plates, mugs, mixing bowls, pots, pans, water & wine glasses along with other cooking essentials. The living rooms feature a comfortable sectional couch that converts to a Queen size bed along with a work desk, decorative art and a 55" Smart TV. Bedrooms feature a queen size bed, dresser and large closet. Linens and bedding provided for the bedroom and sleeper sofa. Carrara tiled bathroom has a beautiful glass enclosed stand up shower and washer/dryer for all the convenience of home. Towels, guest toiletries and a hair dryer provided. Smart features in the home include WiFi, 55" Smart LED TV with Netflix access, and a JBL Bluetooth Speaker. Available 9-5 on weekdays and voicemail during weekends, holidays and after office hours State St Train Station (Hartford - Springfield line) plus connects to Union Station for trains going to and from NY and Boston (Amtrak and Metro North Rail) Plus shoreline east train station covering xyz. A BLOCK AWAY FROM THE APARTMENT Covid-19 update: Our cleaning team has implemented a rigorous sanitization process prior to each guest's arrival and is focused on disinfecting all public surfaces. We do a deep clean prior to every guest check in. We run KNOWN, vibrant coworking community on the 4th floor. As our guest, you will be able to have your own dedicated desk, at a fantastic discounted rate, with unlimited networking potential, WiFi, black & white printer/copier/scanning service, coffee & tea, package acceptance, scheduled drycleaning services. KNOWN also has a variety of conference rooms with AV equipment that can be rented. The Neighborhood: xxxxx xxxx xxxx xxx Getting Around: Public Transportation The Palladium Building is a block away from the State St train station, where you can take the train to NY or Boston by arriving at Union Station (one station away) and take the Metro North or Amtrak trains. There is also Zip car available at 360 State St, which is the building next door to Palladium. Interaction with Guests: We have a reservation team available by phone 7 days a week from 8am to 10pm. We are also onsite in the office located on the 4th floor, M-F from 9am-5pm (holidays excluded).

The place was immaculate and well appointed. Looked like it was just renovated. We had a little difficulty checking in. The instructions we were given through VRBO were in fact not up to date. Thankfully, the business on the fourth floor was open and the lovely lady inside helped us extract our keys from a key lock box. She showed us how to return the keys, but alas we couldn’t get it to work. I’m sure they will get this straightened out soon enough. The location was perfect. You are close to Yale, shopping, restaurants, parking and Wooster street—-pizza places are within walking distance. I appreciated the added security of having the outside door to the building inaccessible to people without the password. My only Real complaint would be the noise. The building is on a side street and on Friday and Saturday nights there were drag races and loud partying. Thank God for my sound machine. Overall I really enjoyed our stay and you really can’t beat the location and cleanliness. Thanks to all. We had a great time.
