Snowbird Activities - This program is available at Carolinian Beach Resort, Patricia Grand, Camelot and Bay Watch each winter from early January through mid-March. These activities build on the snowbird community we have each winter. Activities include card games, crafts, bingo, field trips, Waffle Wednesday meet-n-greets, and more! Additionally there is an annual Wine & Cheese reception with give-aways at both Patricia Grand and Bay Watch in mid-February. DVD Rentals - Each property is equipped with one or more rental boxes. Guests enjoy free blockbuster rentals during their stay. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. This rental is located on floor 8. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. Three bedrooms and 3 bathrooms are a perfect use of space. Location was great and the multiple elevators made it easy.

We had a great stay overall and would return! On the plus side the DVD rental was a great perk, loved the hot tub and indoor pool in the off season and liked that we were in a fairly quiet spot. On the downside the kitchen wasn’t stocked well enough to cook, it was missing scissors, a sharp knife, cutting board, pot holders and a dish towel. When it did get crowded over the weekend we could tell people were smoking on the balconies.

The balcony was our favorite hangout spot. All the rooms were spacious and the beds were super comfortable. And we loved how big the kitchen was.

The only downside was the room was not as clean as I would prefer. The area rugs were very dirty, so we rolled them up and moved them out of the way and swept the condo ourselves. That being said, overall, it was a great week. No staff on duty so it was self check-in which was very easy. We would use Vacasa again.

The lazy river was dirty and the second pool could not be used. We were also told there would be online discounts for dining in which we told when paying that the establishment had ended their contract

The room was great and the elevators were always timely for staying on the 8th level. Only complaint would be some minor plumbing issues with slow drains in sinks and toilets running constant. Would recommend unit otherwise!

The booking and checking in process for easy and problem free. The condo looked nice and clean as listed. Our only issue of one of the toilet handles being broke was fixed asap. We really enjoyed our stay. The view of th ocean from the balcony was breathtaking! Will definitely book again!

Clean room with everything needed. There was a wild party next door so we didn’t get any sleep the first night and the second day there was some construction going on in the building that caused lots of drilling noise and vibration.

We went down for the weekend. Everything was great! If I stayed for a week, I would need to take more kitchen stuff, utensils, etc. It is minimally equipped, but we cook most of the time when we go down for a long stay. Other than that, Everything looked and was awesome!
