Great setting on the water with nice beach & view!! Hotel & Rooms are very well designed & have all the right touches!! Great pool & nice outdoor bar with good menu!! Everyone was friendly & very attentive!!

Mixed experience. On the plus side, it's a modern hotel with a great pool and bar setup, and the staff was super friendly throughout.
On the downside, we got hit with an undisclosed $35 per person surcharge, allegedly for "services" like WiFi and parking, which felt exorbitant and should have been made clear upfront. Also worth noting, there's no beach access from the hotel.

Location and space..
The cottages we were ‘upgraded’ to for the 4 of us was very spacious but they are in desperate need for an refresh and were smelly… and we saw a lizard in the room… otherwise it was fantastic and a great place to stay.

1) I expected so much more for USD 4,000 for six nights. 2) Our room was never cleaned when we returned from the day out. 3) I had to go to reception twice to ask for towels to shower so we could make our dinner reservation.
4) The cleaning staff left garbage bags and dirty towels every day in the hallways. Very disgusting. 5) Never enjoyed the pool as they allow kids to throw footballs all day across the pool. The pool is too small to allow this. Was hit several times with footballs.
6) No bell service or room service for USD 600 a night.
7) Cleaning staff never left new shower gel each day.
8) Very poor service for what you are charging per night.
